"I will say this place could have gotten more stars if it was based on the food only WHEN they get the order right!Also,I have only been here a few times and what I ordered, in taste it was good that’s is WHEN they got it right as I said earlier.Each time, they refuse to put cheese on ALL of my sandwiches! I order several sandwiches and it’s like they cannot comprehend that ALL of the sandwiches in ONE order requires cheese! 3 times this has happened already and it’s annoying.I could have lived with that and returned until something very disturbing happened.I ordered early in the morning, (2 sandwiches)one they left out the cheese as usual the other was very good so I returned some time later in the day to place another order.when I got there, the guy who makes the sandwiches was at the register taking orders.He took two orders before me (that I saw) then proceeded to return to the deli portion to make the sandwiches using the SAME GLOVES that he just handled money,computers, credit cards and garbage with! I specifically watched him and when I saw him heading for the food, I asked him to change his gloves. He was clearly annoyed as snatched the gloves off and proceeded to tell the lady preparer to make my sandwiches instead!Why should you be annoyed because I don’t want you to touch my food with the same gloves u just used for the cash register, money,pen,credit card and to open n push down the garbage in the can and the lid.In times like these where proper precautions are absolutely imperative you should change your gloves regularly. Because of this, I will never return and I spend $20-30 every visit. This unsanitary behavior has turned me completely off from them. The cashier should stay in her section and the food preparers need to stay in theirs. If the place is too busy then hire more employees OR train the food preparers on proper sanitation and food prep/contamination/unsanitary behavior OR customers will just have to understand their understaffed and just have to wait! There should never any compromise in proper handling of the food!"
