"I was with my family for a basketball tournament in fort lauderdale. they searched local places to play selected panaretto and made a reservation on opentable. arrival in panaretto at 8:10, the 5 minutes early for our 8:15 reservation. we went in and they had no warning of our reservation and had no table for 5, so that they were standing in a small standing next to bathroom on the square and brought a chair. they told us that someone was with us, we waited 20 minutes to place our order including drinks. they only brought the half of the drinks and it took 40 minutes and had to ask several times to get my children water. ordered 2 appetizers, 1 pasta dish, and 2 pizzas. the food arrived an hour after our arrival, but the appetizers never came and the pasta dish never came up with 2 pizzas. we have inquired about the appetizers and pasta dishes and said we only have one cook tonight. we then asked to pay for what we ate and wanted to go and told me I'd check with the general manager. 10 minutes left and no one came to see us and our other food items not shown so I had to go to find the server and pay my credit card. we then left and no one seemed excessively worried or even cared for them."
