"I believe I only saw a server for about 10 seconds during my visit. It was my first time at this restaurant, and I had to wait a minute before anyone acknowledged me when I walked in. After being seated, it took another 5-10 minutes before someone approached me. Finally, a server rushed over to ask for my drink order, brought me some water and chips, took my order, and then left. I waited for approximately 30 minutes for my food, and when I returned from the restroom, I found that I still had no silverware. I waited about 5 minutes hoping someone would come by, but no one did, so I went to the front myself to get some. The food was not impressive; the queso was the only decent item I had. I never got checked on again, and I was out of water for more than half of my visit. I hadn't seen a single server in my section since my order was taken. This was my first visit, and it will definitely be my last. I would much rather drive an hour for better food and service. I usually don’t leave reviews, so you know it was truly that disappointing."
