"Exceptional food in an authentic, non-demanding environment. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful, which added to the great experience. For bread lovers, there are 3 different breads, all of which are made there and are all wonderful. I stop on the way out of town to pick up bread and take it home to friends. My salad was fabulous and the vodka chicken pasta (a specialty) was cooked perfectly with a wonderful sauce. The specials change with the seasons. Desserts are all made there and everyone looked great. We share the ice cream on Sunday with homemade caramelized marshmallows and chocolate ganache. It was wonderful. You can share it with 4 people as it is very large. We will definitely have dinner here again when we return to Mayo and Golf."

"We had reservations for Arrived a little early and were seated by Ordered drinks and our meal by Had our drinks, soup, and salad by Then waited hours and no meal. We overheard other tables mention they were waiting for over hours and no food. Others complained of cold, undercooked, or incorrect food. We told our waitress we needed to leave as we had future plans. Then we were offered, if we can wait more mins, they would have our order to go. I declined because we had already waited long enough. After hearing all the food issues everyone else was having, I wasn't going to pay for undercooked or incorrect meals. And if we couldn't get our meals in hours, how were we getting it in minutes. We paid for our drinks and left. It seemed they were much more interested in their curbside than the people actually in the establishment. We have been there many times. But we will be going elsewhere going forward. The wait time and other issues we overheard are completely unacceptable. We have enjoyed Vincenzos everytime we have gone. Unfortunately, we will not be going back"

"Our waitress, Tina, was superb!! I can’t say enough about her. She was pleasant, attentive and good eye to eye contact when she spoke to us. Very positive. Our table ordered appetizers. Our entrees were the filet mignon and a “special” which was the Chilean Sea Bass. The filets were cooked to a perfect temperature (medium rare and medium). You could SEE the slight differences. (I used to cook at the grill in a steak house). My Sea Bass was awesome. Cooked perfectly with a light, flavorful champagne sauce. A terrific dining experience!"

"Our reservation was set for 5:15 and we arrived at 5:15 and were sat immediately and a very nice table outside. We had plans to see a show at 7:30 at a venue nearby and decided to get dinner before at Mimmo’s. We had planned to leave the restaurant around 7:00, which allowed 1 hour 45 mins for our dining experience. We did not receive our main course until 6:50, and didn’t even get to enjoy it before having to rush out to make our event. Service was poor and there were miscommunications with the staff regarding bringing us our check and to-go boxes in a timely manner, since we no longer had time to enjoy our meal. Despite the poor service, the food was excellent when it was enjoyed at home after our event. This was our first time at Mimmo’s and I am sad to say I would not come back again. The food and atmosphere were great, but the cost and slow service do not make this place worth the price or the trip."

"I was in the opposite and needed lunch before I went to a dr’s appointment. they had recently opened so that the sitting area was not ready. there is a large selection of good looking sandwich options. I chose one of their breakfast bowls instead. I have a mix of quinoa, sweet, with two sunny side eggs. I'm restless when it comes to my rush and how they're tired. they were overcooked. my fault, not to indicate. the bowl was tasty, but with control and drinking money came to a dirty 15 dollar. that seems to be overestimated. all their sandwiches were also on the expensive side."

"Second time we give Garage a try …. Unfortunately; it just does not mesh up with its sister branches Liberty station Officinne Buenna Forcetta and the South Park Officinne). From taste to service… just completely different. The staff other than the Manager who is always welcoming and friendly, seem to have no zell in them. "We have come to Isle of Capri for at least 10 years. While it is in a hotel facing the ocean you are nicely suprised by the transition to the restaurant via an elevator. The food is always top notch. The tableside fresh ceasar salad is made with the finest ingredients and is always perfection in every way. Service is warm and professional. There is a dress code that is very reasonable.. no swim attire, no baseball hats, etc. So chk on that before you go. Every entree we have had is delicious. We rate it as number 1 on the beach. Has a top floor view of beach. If you drive there they do have valet parking available."

"We’ve been going to Pomodoros’s for years and we love its proximity to home-10 minutes away. We were celebrating my birthday, which I also included on my reservation. Unfortunately, as the restaurant began to fill up, our server became overwhelmed. We had to ask for bread and water because our server was doing his best, but it was clearly beyond his control. The General Manager was helping to do as much as possible to serve the guests and maintain a calm demeanor! He was literally all over the place, delivering drinks, clearing tables, answering the phone, serving food—he was exceptional! Our food was delicious and that’s the important part. Clearly this restaurant could use more staff and I hope they will be able to do so. I’ll be back because their food is the best Italian food in the area!"

We've been back a couple more times since and were not disappointed by our meals. I brought my mother here to the Mother's Day dinner and our waitress, kamryn or karmyn was terrible rude. it seems like I was asking for another weinglas because my dirty was. she was very short in her answer and showed no general courtesy how to ask if I was done with my teller. she literally went from behind and took it. there was no attempt to find a solution when our brot was also tasted like grill gas. only one “it is cooked just as if I get another”. we were only checked once at dinner and after I paid the bill, she took that and went away. we didn't get thanks for coming, the hope that they enjoyed it, a great day, nothing. bad experience for Mother's Day."

"My wife and I were in town celebrating our anniversay and stumbled upon this spot in search of a place for a glass of wine prior to moving on the another spot for dinner. This is a very cozy place. You step down onto a wine room dining area and you are immediately relaxed and in the mood for wine and cheese... We ordered a couple of glasses of wine and s smaller cheese/bread plate which were over to top! Needless to say we decided to stay there for dinner and we were so happy we did. "I occasionally pick up food on my lunch break at this location and have also been to the other Middletown location over the last 20 years since I work in town. Food and service is always top notch. I recently ordered trays of food for a family birthdayparty (chicken Francaise, eggplant parm, salad, pepperoni and cheese bread). They had everything ready on time, prepared foreasy transport and included plates, napkins, and utensils at my request along with bread butter and a generous amount of saladdressing on the side. Prices are fair and the food was excellent! The staff went out of their way to make sure I hadeverything I needed very courteous, efficient and helpful from order to pick up. Definitely recommend!"

"The appetizers were EXCELLENT !!!!!!!!!! ( Brie Brulee unbelievably delicious!!!!!!!!!) The beet salad and garden salad was refreshingly cold,crisp, very tasty and a superb bite.The entrees? Not so much: Crab and shrimp pasta had succulent shrimp but the homemade rigatoni were NOT cooked..like eating raw dough. The Taziki sauce was UNDER everything on the Gyro Platte, and difficult to access in order to spread on the pita/meat/greens combo, and the meat was soft and crumbly, almost like poorly mixed meatloaf. The presentation of the gyro plate per se was eye-catching but the arrangement made it difficult to assemble everything.The salmon was awesome, as were the potatoes and beets, but the greens under everything were too chewy and not tasty at all. The blueberry panna cotta was flavorless , but the mousse cake/pie had a heavenly crust. Coffee was strong, tasty, had NO bitterness.I would recommend Thea's for FABULOUS appetizers and an awesome beet salad but the entrees left a lot to be desired ."
