"I’m reluctantly giving B C Deli one star because there’s no zero-star option. I’ve visited B C Deli several times over the years, but like many others, I feel the new owners have really ruined it. Today, I ordered a roast beef and Swiss sandwich with mayo on a round roll and was charged $9.88. However, there were only a few small pieces of meat and a single slice of Swiss cheese—basically just bread with mayo. I even requested a pickle, only to be told they don’t have deli pickles at a deli! I don’t usually mind paying more due to inflation, but $10 for such a sparse sandwich is unacceptable. The service was no better—no greeting, no thank you, and staff with zero personality. I won’t be returning to B C Deli anytime soon. Be cautious when checking their menu!"
