"I previously had a negative experience at this restaurant, but I didn’t want to jump to conclusions and write a bad review. Recently, I decided to give this place another chance, but I'm very disappointed with the customer service. While I was waiting, a customer in front of me was trying to pay but needed to find enough cash in her purse. She politely suggested that they consider offering debit or credit payment options in the future. After she left, I overheard the cashier and two men in the kitchen making rude comments about her, including disparaging remarks about her Colombian background. I found this behavior extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Unfortunately, I wish I could say something positive about this restaurant, but I can’t. The service is poor, and while the food is just okay, there are definitely better options for Mexican cuisine in San Jose."
