"They serve Colombian empanadas and patalitos, which are really tasty. However, it's more of a quick-stop kind of place. You can either eat there or take your food to go. The empanadas are pre-made, and they also offer lunches for pickup. I visited primarily for the empanadas but found the prices a bit high for a casual spot—$5 for a 2-liter Pepsi gives you a sense of the pricing."
