"During a recent trip to Scottsdale, our family of four dined at EVO, and we were thoroughly impressed. The food and service were outstanding, so much so that we returned for another dinner just three days later. Our waiter, Zack, was not only friendly but also attentive, constantly refilling our drinks and bringing us extra bread without us even asking. We ordered the meatball appetizer, whipped feta dip, chicken parmesan, chicken pesto primavera, rigatoni, and the EVO salad with shrimp, and every dish was simply perfect. Having grown up in an Italian community, I often find Italian-American restaurants to be disappointing, but EVO stands out as a true exception."
