"Service was quick and employees were super nice. Food was beyond excellent, enjoyed every bit of it and they brought out chips and salsa with no charge it was one of the best salsa ive had, had just the right amount of spice. Only thing i noticed with atmosphere was brown type of stuff around vents but not a bad thing i would do a 4.5 for atomsphere but a 4 isnt necessary. Recommend this place to family who needs a place for food quick! Parking: Being in a town and country there is plenty of parking spots can be busy somedays Kid-friendliness: Server was making a little boy laugh and joking around with him."

"The food is ok. We placed a to go order the other night for our family of 4 (2 adults 2 kids). Ordered 2 adult meals 2 kids meals. Asked for extra chips salsa. We go to pick it up it was $73 dollars! I was appalled. You get free chips salsa if you eat there, but apparently they charge when you do to go orders. We also didn’t get any kind of receipt so who knows what we got charged for. We like supporting local restaurants but we literally can’t afford to eat here anymore."

"Were on vacation from Texas and stopped in here for lunch after a hike due to this place being recommended by some locals we spoke to. The food wasn't bad. Meat was a bit salty (ground beef taco) and the guacamole needed completely spiced up it was so bland. It was more of an avocado spread than a guacamole honestly. But once salt lime and cilantro were added it was fine. The service though. That's what killed our visit 100% there were MAYBE 8 customers in the restaurant (not tables, but customers. Maybe 4 tables) 2 wait staff and we never could get a refill on any drinks, napkins, or more salsa. I did not get to eat my food with salsa because the tostada was so soft by the time I got up and went to get my own napkins after finishing eating, covered in dripping grease, and requested refills that were on the edge of our table getting looked at and ignored. As a previous server years ago, there is ZERO reason TWO people cannot handle 4 tables that came in quite spread out and not at the same time at all. Had the service been better, we would have probably given 5 stars as we didn't expect the same expectations for mexican food in Arkansas vs Texas, but that service was inexcusable."

"I would really like to try Peppers Restaurant, but since I'm not familiar with Mexican cuisine, I need a menu to help me decide. I searched online for a menu with an orange background, but when I printed it, it came out very small and barely legible. Plus, it used a lot of expensive colored ink, and I still couldn't read it. If this business wants to attract customers, they should put more thought into their presentation. It feels like they might have hired a cheap, inexperienced website designer."

"My daughter ordered a steak and cheese quesadilla. She got a steak and peppers and onions quesadilla. She asked the waitress for a steak and cheese quesadilla...again. The second time around, she got a steak and tomatoes and onions quesadilla. I guess just a plain steak and cheese quesadilla was too difficult to make. Also, I asked for a second packet of salad dressing for the chicken salad I ordered and I never got it. The waitress set a full glass of soda in front of a one-year-old who was sitting in a high chair and of course he grabbed for it right away. My husband moved the glass before there was an issue, thank goodness. Terrible waitress! She could not listen very well. I would have complained about the bill which had the first completely wrong quesadilla on it but my daughter paid and just wanted to get out of there. I had suggested this restaurant since she is from out of town but I won't make that mistake again."
