"We hired El Cactus to meet our daughter's college grade party last Saturday. It was a big hit! We were very happy with our selection of foods (enchiladas: chicken cheese, Fajitas: chicken steak and veggie tacos). These came with all fixations including bowls, salad, sour cream, Guac, black beans, rice, chips and salsa. The food was fresh and hot. Everyone snapped how good it was!
