"Apparently, they only have one person on the entire staff who can fix orders they 've messed up... Finally, had a day free to try and have them make it right, like they said they wanted to do via voicemail and email. I couldn 't get anyone on the phone ahead of time to call ahead. Went in (I live far away), thinking surely it 's not going to be a problem, and they refused to fix my order because they had no one on staff who could handle that ? The one person is in the hospital, so now how am I going to look pushing them to bother someone in the hospital to get my order fixed.. now I apparently have to drive back a third time... yeah, idk just go to another location, tbh because this is so unprofessional. It may be nitpicking, but after I was denied my order being fixed, they filled the nacho cheese of the order I placed 1/3rd... if it wasn 't such a noticeably small amount of cheese, I wouldn 't have said anything, but what it that?"
