"I was excited to visit this restaurant. I saw it on Tik Tok a few times. It was a let down for our date night. We were seated in an enclosed “porch like” room with woven seats that made you sink down to low for the table. The food was bland. I am Latina and when you say something has sofrito, I will expect a ton of flavor. The appetizer was greasy. There was oil pooling at the bottom of the food. The pork was bland. The rice was undercooked and bland. The black beans were watery and bland. This isn’t real Cuban food. No soul. No flavor."

"Decided to stop by here on a Wednesday night after going to the mall, and we were so glad we did! The place was pretty empty, and we made it to happy hour (M F 4 7pm), which was fantastic! We ordered margaritas and sangria for $7 and empanadas are half priced (around $1.75 ea) which were super delicious. I loved the food (very authentic Cuban we ordered pernil, frijoles, arroz amarillo, tostones, vaca frita) and our server/ bartender was really nice and attentive. The interior was my favorite, who doesn't love palm trees?! It literally felt like we were in a restaurant on an island. I highly recommend going here!"

"Excellent dining room ambiance here. Tropical palm trees swaying outside of the restaurant make for a great overall experience. You'll feel that you're really stationed away at a tropical getaway while dining here. The meal selections here are bound to please the most discerning of palates. The presentation here is top notch. Traditional Cuban cuisine featuring yellow rice, shrimp and spicy chicken are served here (just to name a few). Their black bean side dish is a must have staple. Try the baked yuca side dish; it's a satisfying tasty treat. The empenadas are hot and tasty (served with your choice of shrimp, chicken and melted cheese). Cocktails, such as their Mojitos, contain fresh lime slices and are garnished with a sugar cane stick. So delicious and refreshing! *Happy hour drink specials begin at 4pm. The wait staff is accomodating and very friendly. Prices are moderate. Look for their daily menu specials too, such as the Pollo Asado. Havanna Central features a fun and upbeat setting for you to enjoy a drink or two and a meal."

"It was my mom's birthday dinner and they made her feel very special. They were attentive and courteous. The food and drinks were delicious, the birthday flan melted in your mouth that's how good it was and the service was outstanding from the minute we walked in the door to the time we left. My mom and I really loved the experience and we will go back again."
