"We were a group of 10 for dinner and drinks, and after placing our initial drink order, it took 20 minutes for them to arrive—only to find that 3 people never received theirs. Despite our repeated efforts to get a server's attention, we waited an additional 25 minutes without any assistance. After sitting there for nearly an hour, we chose to forgo dinner and opted for Chipotle instead. When we finally managed to get someone’s attention to request our bill, we were charged for all the drinks, even though 3 of them were never delivered. To make matters worse, there was karaoke blaring in the background, making it difficult to talk with friends. It's safe to say we won't be returning."
