"I will never recommend this restaurant ever!!!!!! The restaurant was nit even open. They had us sit in the Lobby!!!!!! The only positive thing of this evening was the server. She went out of her way to accommodate us when she realized how disappointed were. Outrageous that the restaurant even uses your service for reservations. They are a JOKE!"

"Charr has been a favorite dining place for many years when we are in the area for medical services. It had been over 18 months since our last visit. So we were salivating for one of those meaty burgers. We arrived at the restaurant, which appeared about half full, and a local band or pick up group were preparing to play. They seemed to be testing the sound equipment constantly with that sound “testing” blasting over the speakers. Our server arrived and we placed our orders. Our beverages were delivered and then we waited for 45 minutes for our food. We ordered normal burgers. Our server did say our meal was ready several times during that delay. We could see the kitchen and the other servers. It felt like the whole place has slipped into ennui. When the server brought the last of the food she had not brought the fries that went with the burger. She asked if we wanted any fries. We told her no as it was too late. The burgers were very good; but not like we remembered. The onion rings that had always delighted us were thick with batter and mushy. So, the place was too noisy, the band was not especially concert ready, the service was inattentive, and the food not up to par. The burger meat by itself was outstanding. But that does not forgive to total experience."

"Perry's is our preferred local spot. It's like the Marin version of Cheers, but with delicious food. All Perry's locations offer a welcoming atmosphere, quality dishes, and excellent service. My favorite is the Larkspur location, thanks to the lovely creek and towering redwood trees on the premises. Everything on the menu is great. We particularly enjoy the calamari as an appetizer, and I usually opt for the Perry's Burger with bacon and cheddar. They even have Pliny on tap. The desserts are tasty as well. Perry's is a valuable addition to all the communities where they have restaurants. As for parking, there's a large lot next to the restaurant. It can fill up, but people come and go frequently, so just wait a few minutes if you don't find a spot right away."

"The brunch over here, is very good. I went to meet with a friend; over here he always has told me how good the food is over here. I only had eaten before the slider that is very good, some Chicken wings on Sunday football. So I order the Steak Medium and easy over cook eggs with fantastic fried potato: It had a great taste, I love how the way my egg albumen, bathed my steak, and then dipped my potato in it. I enjoy very much how my steak was cook it was perfect for me"

"WOW...horrible service. H.O.R.R.I.B.L.E I was going to make reservations on OpenTable but the Internet was down at the coffee shop I was at, so I called directly. After 20 rings, someone picked up. I said I wanted to make a reservation for 2 at 12:15 and she said, OK . I asked if she wanted my name and she said no. I said never mind and found working WIFI and made the reservation through OpenTable. When I arrived, it made sense that this is not a busy place and there were plenty of empty seats. Really stupid on their part because they are now out the $2 a person that OpenTable charges a restaurant for reservations. If you are going to have someone answer the phone, make sure they are trained to take reservations. Instead of boring you with all the details of the rest of the lunch, here are the highlights: 1) Burger arrived and I asked the server for some mustard. 5 minutes later, it still had not shown up. I had to wave down my waitress to come over, so she could get some. Burger was no longer hot by the time I was able to dress it. 2) The waitress disappeared for 10 15 minutes on what I can only assume her break. 3) While waitress was on her break I ran out of water. I could not find my waitress anywhere. I held up my glass in the hopes that someone would see it, but I finally had to wave down another waitress from across the restaurant. She acknowledged my water need and a few minutes later, I looked up to see that she was taking the order of one of her tables. I finally got up and walked across the restaurant to get my own bottle of water. I was being taken to lunch and didn 't want to create a stink in front of my friend by talking to the manager at the time. I thought this was a better avenue for complaining. If a waitress has to take a break during lunch, the manager should step in and make sure the tables are being properly serviced. But, the burger was fantastic. Next time I want a burger from Perry 's, I 'll head to Union Street."

"Nice place to hang and relax in Waikiki. Bar top, nice lounge chairs surrounding the smallish pool or tables to just eat and talk story. Swim which the name for this pool area offers a Happy Hour menu with good prices, considering your in Waikiki. Only 3 beers on tap well chosen, a least for me). I was surprised Mai Tai HH was only $6, that's almost unheard of in Waikiki. Being a bar fly like some people I know, you know who you are, bartender interaction was good, friendly. We ordered a Paniolo Ranch Fries $6 HH) and the Beach Burger Brew $15 HH). The craft draft beer counted as the brew, good deal. Where can you get Elysian Space Dust IPA for $5 HH, No Place! Happy Hour is from 4-6pm. I would come back to her just for this beer, and maybe the HH Pupu. On our second visit I ordered the HH Poke Nachos and the Famous Garlic Chicken both were excellent. Don't expect large portions, your paying Happy Hour prices. Sharing 2-4 dishes between two people is perfect along with some cool libations. The Truffle Aioli was a nice touch in the burger, we order all the toppings for the fries on the side, that was a good idea for those who don't like it loaded. Flat screen TV's located all around the bar area, great watch Sports and kick back a few. Just a warning, if you miss Happy Hour your going to pay the normal Waikiki prices for the drinks. I won't say how much, but you could buy a six pack for the amount you pay for one beer."

"It was pleasant. I liked that the chef came out to greet everyone . I ordered the steak, not the best Ribeye I’ve had—too much gristle but the chef had it seasoned very nicely. I’m sure if id mentioned the gristle, he would have done something about it. It was a bit awkward when a waiter brought a glass of wine to the table as a “gift”, he said. We thought , hmmmm, must be for our wedding anniversary , rather odd they only brought one glass but I guess we’ll share. Then that waiter awkwardly came back and took the wine back as he was told it should go to a different table. My only other comment is that when I made the reservations I specified that I needed a gluten free menu (and had even called first to ensure they had as much) and when we got there they knew nothing about it. The waitress who was very very sweet didn’t understand at all and didn’t seem to know what gluten was. The chef came out and did assist."

"Food is pretty good. Servers are excellent. Problem is with atmosphere. Men's bathroom is always a total disaster that looks like it hasn't been cleaned in days. Always reeks of ****, which is usually on the floor. The tables always look wiped with a dirty cloth leaving white streaks that make me not want to touch the table. Place wasn't even busy so I don't understand why things aren't properly cleaned."
