"UPDATE: 5/28/2024: My friends and I went here for lunch, as we do every couple of months. My friend requested the server give her a paper bill. Her bill came to a little over $13, so my friend handed the server a $20. The server asked if she needed change. DUH! She brought her change, but shorted her 24 cents. My friend asked her about it. Her reply…”Oh, we don’t do coins.” We spoke to the manger and he said that is not their policy. It would appear the server had a case of ‘sticky fingers’. Be watchful so you don’t get short-changed, too! UPDATE: 5/21/2024: I absolutely detest the new ordering and payment system. It’s on a handheld device. When you pay, the server stands there and it’s uncomfortable to put in the tip with them right there. UPDATE 1/2024: Went there tonight for dinner. Absolutely terrible service. Our waitress basically ignored us. Then, since my husband was in the military, we have always been thrilled to enjoy a 30% on our entire bill. Tonight, Chris, the manager informed us that has all changed. Now, we only get 25% off my husband’s entree. That’s one reason we’ve been faithful patrons for so many years. We are beyond disappointed, especially during these times with such high inflation. Been coming to Buffalos for a lot of years…it’s our go-to place. There’s a new waitress named Chloe. Gives great service, but her personality…WOW. Maybe dial it back just a bit."
