"Our server was exceptional, professional, and polite. The host was not so great. We wanted to dine on the terrace, but there was a wait due to only one server working. We provided our phone number so we could be seated once a table became available. We ended up waiting for over 2 hours without being seated, as the host kept seating other parties ahead of us. When we asked our server what was happening, we gave her our number and she spoke to the host, who started making excuses. At that point, my friend requested to speak to the manager out of frustration. The manager was understanding and offered our group a 20% discount. Overall, the restaurant service was good, the server was friendly, and the restrooms were clean, but the host dropped the ball."
