"The service was extremely slow. I waited over 30 minutes for my food, and I noticed there were only three employees working. I understand that many places are short-staffed, but during the lunch rush, it's unacceptable to be so understaffed. That time spent waiting ruined my lunch. I was also really frustrated when they skipped my order number from 37 to 42, even though there were five people who ordered before others, who then had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes while they served others first. When I brought this up to the manager, she just replied, "Oh, I'm sorry, I put the orders away thinking you had already received your food." I won't be coming back here again."
