"Really just one complaint, but its significant to me. My girlfriend and I went on a Friday for Karaoke. We spent about all total of about 3.5 hours there and racked up a tab close to $100. The owner, or so others said he was, yelled at my girlfriend and I to “hurry and drink up.” Last call was announced, and our glasses were nearly empty. We still had about 15 minutes to finish. Rather than the owner/manager/whoever it was yell at his patrons, perhaps the customer-friendly choice could have been to throw out a reminder that last call was approaching and thanking us for our business wouldn’t have hurt either. I realize last call is a law but we were practically finished anyway, waiting for our tab. You don’t have to be a jerk to people keeping the lights on in the business. We have plenty of other choices to drink."
