"Although the restaurant was cozy and we had to share the space, it didn't feel cramped at all. Our waitress was attentive, taking our orders and keeping our glasses filled. As a pizza lover and somewhat of a pizza snob, I usually shy away from thin crusts, but on a whim, I decided to try a 10-meat pizza with banana peppers. I thought I might save some for a late-night snack back at the hotel, but there wasn’t a single slice left!
The pizza was perfectly topped, with an ideal sauce-to-crust ratio. I could taste every single topping, and they blended together beautifully. I typically prefer a crust that's neither too thin nor too thick, and Al's nailed it. The crust wasn’t excessively crunchy like many thin pizzas tend to be, yet it was firm without being dry—absolute perfection!
While I might not return immediately, I now know exactly where to go for pizza the next time I'm in the area!"
