"I have travelled the world, been to hundreds of bars and clubs in my life, and NEVER, EVER have I experienced “customer service” this horrific, ignorant, and completely uncalled for! The middle-aged bartender screamed at me and three other people all because one member of the party was not familiar with being asked for a second form of ID. Once she pulled out a second form, he refused to look at it. He even threatened confiscating her real ID. This took place on the day before thanksgiving, at a time when there was not much business in the bar but the other customers present were definitely witness to this extreme behavior. Might need to rethink a career in customer service if simply explaining to a customer how a second form of ID works is too stressful. That level of anger and delusion should be a health concern."
