"I've visited this restaurant a couple of times, and while the food is decent and reasonably priced compared to many Colombian places, the service is quite disappointing. On my last visit, the restaurant was busy, which I expected in such a small space. However, none of the staff acknowledged my presence at all. There wasn't even a simple greeting or a quick comment like, "Hey, we’re a bit busy right now," which I would have appreciated. When I approached the register to ask whether I should wait or come back later, the waitress actually turned her back on me. Despite my repeated attempts to get her attention with "Hello" and "Excuse me," I was completely ignored. It felt like they were deliberately disregarding me simply because they were busy. I would hope for a bit more decency in customer service."
