"I ordered steak tips cooked medium, but they came out overcooked, dry, and tough like beef jerky. When I asked for them to be redone, they added a few new steak tips but reused the same overcooked ones. The haddock was also reheated and dry. The waitstaff only seemed to be attentive when it was time for us to settle the bill and leave a tip. We were seated near a large party that kept standing behind our chairs, bumping into us. It felt like they were treating the restaurant like their private office. I believe the manager should have addressed this issue, but it seemed they were more focused on the large bill and potential tip from that group."
