"We are visiting from Norman for Quartz and decided to try this place based on a recommendation from the Days Inn staff. It did not disappoint! We had breakfast, and when my husband asked which dish was better—huevos rancheros or chorizo and eggs—the recommendation was immediate: “Chorizo!” So he ordered the huevos con chorizo plate and substituted fried potatoes for rice, which I highly recommend. The potatoes were fried to perfection—not too soft and not too hard—and were delicious. The chorizo and eggs were so good that I was convinced they must make their own chorizo, but they don’t; they just have a great supplier because it was excellent and tasted far better than the cheap stuff. I had two breakfast tacos—one with chorizo and egg (with added cheese) and one with potato and egg (also with added cheese)—and they were both fantastic. They provided plenty of fresh limes for my water, and we received to-go cups as well. The staff was delightful, and everyone spoke English well, which is a plus. Locals seem to love this place! Just a heads up: there’s no sign outside, so my husband drove past it once and had to turn around. Don’t let that deter you from finding it!"

"Considering that I only ever order one item here because it's hands down the best version of that dish I've ever tasted, I’d say this place is quite impressive. The dish in question is their carnitas burrito. I've tried turning it into a wet burrito once (where they smother it in sauce, cheese, and sour cream), but I typically enjoy it as is, and it’s fantastic. What I love most about their burritos is how well they handle the pork—wonderful flavor and texture, cooked to perfection, unlike some other places where it's either bland or overcooked. Lastly, I should mention that their portion sizes are quite generous, especially when it comes to the burritos."

"We showed up around 5pm and stood around for 10 minutes waiting on ANYONE to come take our order. I ordered a Carne Guisada Burrito with cheese and sour cream; I got a Carne Guisada Burrito with cheese and a paper squeeze tube of sour cream and was told the refuse to add it themselves. Once I pulled it apart to add it myself, the burrito fell completely apart and the tortilla was so chewy that I had trouble cutting it with the dull butter knife I was given after having to yell over the music playing in the kitchen to get. How this place is still in business can only be attributed to the drunken college students who frequent the place and later puke in the back of the Uber that mom and dad's credit card pays for."
