"The space heaters were perfect to keep us warm as the temp outside dropped. Still felt like we were outside even with plastic wall panels. Nice view of the boats and water until dark. High top tables have a small surface area and with gigantic menus passed out, we easily knocked over a drink right away. Hightop tables are tight for Good food and great service. Would go again"

"1st time and last time going there. I ordered patty melt that suppose to be a melt with grilled onions. When I got it the salad it came with looked disgusting, and instead of grilled onions I got raw onions. When asked to get grilled onions, I got onions that were put in the frier and then brought to me all full of the frying oil. Expensive place for the quality of the food. Ihop is way better than this place and I am not fan of Ihop either. It is way expensive and their ranch sauce was so nasty and on top of that I was not even advised that I would be charged for it either. They took the charge off since I didn't even eat it. It was worse than hidden valley ranch. I hope they get better quality food or better cooks that care about how they cook the food and comes out."

"We were sat by a host. First our waiter gave us our menus then decided to pass us off to another waiter. When he came over I asked him for 2 waters and to told me to relax and take it easy because he was very busy. Everytime I asked him for something he was too busy. "Never been to Casper before we were looking for a good breakfast somewhere. Eggington's has the highest ratings in the city and for good reason. This place is busy and you need to wait, but man lives if it is not worth it. All we had as a group was just amazing. I'm lactose intolerant, so I have to change everything I eat and our waitress was on the point. Meals are large, very cheap and absolutely fabulous. If you get something with Verde Salsa on her, I recommend getting extra because you want to put it on everything. We'll be back someday. Really a jewel."

"went for brunch on 9/17/23 waited for 20 minutes with several seats available. finally sat and waited another 15 minutes before water was brought to the table. I ordered the Chicken and waffles and my guest ordered taffy apple French toast and cheesy potatoes. we also got 2 cups of coffee. I had to go to another open table to grab sugar, as I was not going to wait for the staff to bring it to me. after about 10 minutes our food came and i was actually surprised at how fast it came out, but then came to realize why. my chicken and waffles plate was shocking i received 3 john soules chicken tenders for kids these were barely 2 inches by 1 inch processed chicken w/ rib meat and the most flavorless waffles you could imagine. they had bits of bacon in them but were over powered by the taste of flour and baking soda....... no thanks. my guests french toast was barely soaked in french toast batter as they came out drier than the Sahara and still very much BREAD at that point. however its saving grace is the apple cinnamon compote was actually quite delicious. let me move on to the cheesy potato 's. one would think they were diced and fried. then covered with cheese. nope these were undercooked hash browns covered in store brand cheddar cheese and covered with a pot lid to sit and melt. the coffee was burnt and no refills were offered until i let our waiter know how bad the food was. at this point i was utterly disgusted with the whole visit that i didn 't want anything. i was directed to tell the owner how bad the food was because it was his choice for the menu. upon speaking with him he said he was only the manager. i explained everything in a very calm and even tone and was very respectful. instead of him saying oh i 'm sorry you didn 't like the food is there something we could do better for your next visit like most people do. he said in an angered and bitter tone, we serve people this food all the time and no one else complains. maybe this just isn 't the restaurant for you. please leave. rude as could be. i will never be coming back to this place and i will be telling everyone i know on social media to not come there either."

"we went about 1045 a.m. on a Sunday. not badly waiting. we sat right away. we sat outside and the problem was that there were tons flying everywhere. I'm just floating over the customers. eating is very average diner food. sandwiches were kind of disappointing for the price. the side of the show strings are pretty good. coffee is also good. we got a waffle and the teig had a funny smell and tasted as if he were old. the blueberry glaze was also so thick and not appealing. a very lively place and the waiters do not check much for them. Overall, not recommended if they are looking for fresh food. ihop would be a cheaper option."

"So today was the first time I've visited this diner. My usual breakfast place (which is a block away) was closed unexpectedly. My first thought coming into Champ's was the small amount of space. There's 3 chairs and a small space by he door for someone to stand. I had to leave and stand outside in the cold and wait for someone to come out so that I could have somewhere to stand. Upon coming into the diner he staff was very friendly which was a nice touch. As I stood there deciding what I wanted to eat lots of ppl were coming in and out and the guy making the drinks and bringing the orders to the front were welcoming them by name which I thought was admirable (shows that they have regulars). After ordering my food I sat and waited for my food which only took about 10 mins. Given how busy it was and how much food I ordered (Bacon, egg and cheese on potato bread, a side of bacon, a side of eggs with cheese and a side of grits). I was surprised it got done so quickly but still impressed. I did however lose my faith in the diner after getting home and seeing that the side of bacon I ordered wasn't in the bag and the bacon on my sandwich seemed really chewy and undercooked. Nice service, not so good execution."

"Absolutely FABULOUS restaurant. If you pass this one up you have definitely missed something awesome. Their lasagna is the BEST Ive ever had. Salad bar was all fresh and they make their ranch and its sssoooo good. They have a mouthwatering selection of desserts. Pies, cakes, cheesecakes all homemade. Just absolutely magnificent. Well worth stopping for and we will definitely be back. Angie was absolutely fantastic, kept my tea glass full and suggested my dessert and it was amazing. 10 stars"

"Really enjoyed the variety of the menu, though it is just waffles essentially they offer a wide range of sweet and savory options. I ordered the strawberry cheesecake waffle and it was amazing! Not overly expensive, I'll say a great place to stop for a quick treat. When I went there was only outdoor seating and the area is nice, I do hope dine in will be available soon."

"I can't recommend this place highly enough! Everything is absolutely fantastic. The prices are incredible for the generous portions of delicious food! The omelets are exceptional, and the pancakes are wonderfully fluffy. If I had to point out one minor issue, it would be the potatoes, but that's really the only thing. If this restaurant were closer to my home, I would be here all the time!"
