"They truly cater to your preferences, just as their motto suggests. The service is consistently fast, and most of the staff is quite friendly. However, there is one older woman I tend to avoid. Once, I found myself a little low on cash and had to use my card, which was locked. When I asked her to take a few items off my order, she embarrassed me instead of being understanding and helpful, especially since I was feeding a few kids. After that incident, I stayed away for a while, but eventually returned, hoping I had chosen the right location since we have two nearby. This one is off K, near 370. Other than that unfortunate encounter, everything has gone smoothly!"
