"I would have went to subway if I wanted food and service this awful. I ordered 1 sandwich, tipped $2, so it was around $16. There was no one in line ahead or behind me. And then i waited about 15min for my 1 sandwich to be made. They had to heat up my bread, which seemed to take most of the time... was it frozen or something? The bread was crunchy on the outside and flat and soggy inside, and there were a couple big pieces of fat mixed in with the chicken, just disgusting. After spitting out the 2nd piece I threw the rest away. I have been to the downtown location more times than I can count, but this location is terrible. I will never come back again and will tell anyone who asks never to eat here. Too bad because the car theme and decor was awesome and the employees were nice."

"There is a decent variety of items on the menu. Overall, it was a good experience. The service was adequate. When it comes to the food, I would recommend sticking with the Mexican options over other choices. I tried the Philly cheesesteak, and while it was decent, it did not resemble a true Philly cheesesteak sandwich at all. As I mentioned, sticking with the Mexican options would be a safer bet."

"Based on recommendations from several locals in South Buffalo, I was truly impressed by this year-round ice cream shop. The variety of ice cream treats and cookies is extensive. As soon as I walked in, I noticed Donna baking waffle cones right on the spot, and she was incredibly helpful in guiding me through my choices. Her passion for her work was evident, and I honestly thought she was the owner. The shop itself is very clean and inviting, featuring a charming outdoor patio for extra seating, along with the delightful scent of freshly baked cookies wafting through the air. I appreciate that they are open year-round, and even though I live in the suburbs, I will definitely return. I'm so glad to have discovered this hidden gem in South Buffalo!"

"I'm typically not a huge fan of these big cookie places- I don't understand the hype. We got these delivered after dinner one night because we just couldn't keep running around after a long day. We tried 4 of them, my favorite being the birthday cake one simply because I never turn down a Birthday Cake flavored anything. They definitely are SO amazing when you heat them in the oven for a few minutes so don't skip that tip. The cookies have a crunchy exterior and a gooey inside, perfect! Like I said we got them delivered so I feel like that's why this was a thing but the capt crunch on the Butter Crunch cookie we got were soggy and they would have been much better crispy but other than that, amazing."

"Ordered a cake from here. Service was great. They told me multiple times they can customize and make any type of flavor and whatnot. After asking for 3 different types and being told they don’t do it then I stopped asking. The cake that was ordered was very nice to look at but did not taste as good. The actual cake tasted stale. If you want a cake that looks good, then definitely check it out but if you’re looking for looks and taste then don’t recommend it."

"I filled out the form online for someone to call me to discuss catering for 5 cakes for our anniversary party in clemmons for May 20. Several days went by and no call. I called clemmons location Saturday morning and was told they would reach out to the manager and have them call me. Nothing! I called back at 5pm and Cayla put me on hold for almost 20 minutes and never came back!!! Terrible customer service!!!!"

"Went for my birthday here last night and the only reason I didn’t give it 1 star is because of the food. The food was outstanding but otherwise, service was horrible. Waited 40min for our 8pm reservation and was given attitude when asked how much longer. Then took another 15min to just have someone come to our table after being seated. Food was brought out very fast which was great but also made us feel rushed. My friends mentioned to them multiple times that it was my birthday but other tables that had gotten there after us were brought out sparklers. Once the waiter remembered, we were already asking for the check and I told him nevermind and we just wanted to go. He then brought them out very half assed with only him instead of multiple of them like everyone else had and just felt rushed. Wouldn’t return here because service was so unbelievably slow and rude and eating felt rushed. Place is cute but just not worth it."

"These cookies are incredible! While I wasn't a big fan of the crème brûlée cookie because the custard was a bit too burnt for my taste, the cookie itself was delicious. "Came here for the first time wanting to try a new cookie spot. I got the cinnamon roll cookie the Nutella stuffed and the baklava cookie. Unfortunately I was kinda disappointed with the cookie base itself with all. They’re too thick and it makes it unpleasant to enjoy. The flavors itself are ok not that great. Out of the three I enjoyed the flavoring of the baklava but not the cookie itself and the Nutella stuffed wasn’t bad either but again super thick cookie kills it for me. I think they need to be a lot thinner but with a decent thickness to hold the toppings on top. I honestly won’t be back to try others sadly. They look delicious though too and you can’t eat them unless they’re warmed up or else they taste dry."
