"The Hotel facility was beautiful. And the valets were very helpful during our check-in and stay. The pool was disappointing. They sell “club” memberships to the pool and clearly a lot of them, so don’t be fooled by photos of the peaceful pool on their website. It was more like Hugh Hefners pool at the Playboy Mansion. Overly crowded, bodies on every inch of the cement around the pool and no chairs to be had for all three days of our stay. Additionally, the restaurant , Electric Lemon, is featured on their website but is independent of the hotel and they feel no obligation to accommodate the hotel guests, which was made very clear by the nasty hostess. We purchased drinks and then were never able to get a seat. Every table in the lounge and outdoor patio was marked reserved, you need a reservation even for drinks. We watched this ridiculous parade of girls staging photos for Instagram all being accommodated while those of us paying $1000.00+ a night were out of luck. Also, there was a very extensive mini bar in our room, but it left no refrigerator space for our dessert we brought back from the restaurant for later. No flat sheet on the bed, just a duvet but for us it was too warm."
