"Loved this place about a year ago. No matter the time I went the cookies were amazing, customer experience was amazing, always had the cookies I needed or would even make them if they didn’t. Now the service is mediocre at best depending on the time of day. A lot more of the cookies are hard or they never have any that are listed on the menu. I also thought it was a bit rude that a coworker was talking to the young lady that was actively taking my order (while I was talking to her) and then had an attitude when I looked at her crazy ?. The last time I went the young lady rang up cookies I didn’t even order, I guess as long as it came out to the right price it was okay ?, but come on now, don’t set yourself up to possibly get in trouble one day. HOWEVER, I’ll be coming in the day time from now on, seems to be a better crew, hopefully that doesn’t change either."
