"I have ordered from these guys several times through the Slice app and it is from ok to (only yesterday) never again. You have a number of good deals, so it is a compromise between good pizza or good prices, where sometimes price wins. Yesterday was the last time ever. When I order pizza, I always add instructions to bake it in the hopes I will get a crispy crust. Yesterday this meant that the pizza was less cooked than normal. At about 4:30 a.m. I went home and ordered it at 5:30 p.m. to come there, at the same time I would do it. So what happens? My housekeeper calls me at 5.09 because the pizza was just dumped in the carport. It will sit around to get cold for 20 minutes before I ever see it because Pizza My Dear cannot say the time, and in this case also written English cannot understand. If I wanted to reheat the cold pizza, I would have bought it from the supermarket frozen instead of paying too much for being made/supplied. The Slice app refuses to accept any responsibility for any of them. Pizza My dear offered a $3 voucher for my next order for compensation. Like I'd ever order one of them again. All in all, they are worse than frozen pizza from Safeway. Save your money and do it instead."
