"I decided not to let the negative reviews on here influence me and boy am I glad! I can 't comment on the atmosphere or service because I ordered delivery, but my food was delicious. Craving a Reuben, I decided to give Rhody 's a shot. The Reuben itself was just the right ration of meat to kraut and melted, gooey Swiss served on a perfectly toasted marble Rye and accompanied by the best house made chips I 've ever had that weren 't tortilla chips. The corned beef is lean and thinly sliced, a very generous portion. I usually have to request extra sauerkraut because some places use it like a garnish. It 's not pickles, people; it should be in equal proportion to the meat and Rhody 's nails it. Because I wanted to try their fries, I got a small basket of crispy, skinny, seasoned fries. (Note that for takeout, the steam rising in the container can affect the crispness of your fries, so I took that into account). I ordered chipotle ranch for dipping, and the sauce was nice and kicky but the fries didn 't need it. Beware a small basket is enough for two! The house made chips were crispy, thin, beautifully seasoned, and I could not stop munching on them. Again, a very generous portion that really rendered my fries superfluous. I didn 't need both. Overall I 'm pleased to have discovered this place just a couple of miles from me. I can 't wait to try their other menu items (Buffalo chicken sandwich here I come)!"

"Wow! What a great experience we had! Me and my friend were given tickets to see Avengers: Endgame here. Upon arriving, we found the theater to be in a really nice area. It is surrounded by multiple stores and places to eat located in the middle of an apartment/condo complex. I was surprised to see how different the vibe was from a typical movie theater such as AMC. I felt like I had walked into the lobby of the Ritz Carlton hotel. There was complimentary mints and even water with orange. The staff were even dress in classic movie theater vest. When we got to the counter, we were asked if this was our first time at Cinebistro. We were then explained a few Cinebistro guidelines. Nobody under 21was allowed to enter after 6:00p. This really gave the facility an adult aura. You must arrive 30 minutes before your showtime. This is for the servers to take your order and not disturb you during the actual movie. If you need to order anything after, you may do so from the concession window (not stand). We were also offered to join their membership which gave us a free popcorn and a candy. We were asked to wait in the lobby before our theater was ready for seating. The tickets were an actual ticket rather then just a stub. I also have to mention the level of trust upon entering. We were handed tickets but they were not chcked or torn by a greeter. The greeter simply welcomed us and told us to enjoy. Our server was very friendly and helpful. She also asked if it was our first time around Cinebistro and made many recomdations. The menu he is very affordable, especially for the portion provided. I've been to many restaurant theaters such as Movie Grill and AMC Dine in, but I thought the prices were more than fair in comparison to them. I feel that the menu selection is also bigger in comparison. Overall great experience. Give Cinebistro a shot!"

"Had been meaning to take my lovely love wife here on our day off. Had it before at another location and absolutely loved the food and drinks. Oh boy. We walk in and everything appears fine. Employees are working behind the counter and customers are seated. Nice atmosphere. That mood was short-lived. The moment she walked up looking at the biscuits, the woman behind the counter yelled THE KITCHEN IS CLOSED! before she could even place an order. Having worked in fast-food and retail, I sympathize when items are out. It 's beyond your control. Any reasonable person knows that. But there is a better way of telling us that. That should have been our cue to leave. But we stayed. She ordered a croissant and a cappuccino, and I ordered a frozen puccino. We paid and waited. She got her croissant and I got my drink. She never got her cappuccino. The woman behind the counter didn 't include it in the order. Had already opted for no receipt before this. So for all I know I paid for the cappuccino, and they didn 't bother to make it. Who knows. No apology for the mishap whatsoever. So we ordered a cappuccino. Again. Paid for it and got it this time. As we sat there sipping on our drinks, all we could hear were the staffers loudly and openly complaining about employees who didn 't show up, how they deserved a day off and how they didn 't want to be there. I actually loved my frozen puccino. But seeing and listening to all that isn 't worth it. Never again. Not the Puccino 's in Old Metairie, that 's for certain."
