"Eventually, the food runner brought out the garlic fries, but without any sauces, and the portion was quite small. He mumbled something about being sorry it was a small serving and that they were working on making more. I didn't fully understand him since it was my first visit and I wasn't sure what to expect. The waitress took a long time to return to our table. We wanted refills for our kids' milk, and I needed a plate for the bones from my chicken wings. She finally came back, but she didn't mention my garlic fries. While she was attentive in refilling my husband's soft drink until the food arrived, she never brought me more water and didn’t stop by again until she dropped off the bill without asking if we needed anything else. I find it incredibly frustrating when the check arrives before we're finished. I had been planning to order dessert, but that idea went out the window. I ended up ordering a coffee, which I did apologetically, as if it were my fault she had brought the bill without checking in first. When she brought my coffee, she just set it down without asking if I wanted milk or sugar, and I didn’t see her again until she returned with a new bill 15 minutes later. Thankfully, I was able to use some of my child's milk for my coffee. It was a pretty lackluster experience. Then, just as we were finishing our meal, another order of garlic fries appeared. Did it really take that long to prepare fries? It was quite ridiculous. On a positive note, my little two-year-old daughter was allowed to have her own milk to share with her brother's meal."

"First, the positives: My wife thoroughly enjoyed her chicken-topped salad, noting that it was moist and flavorful. The burgers were decent, but my burger and fries arrived only slightly warm. I sent the fries back, and the replacement came out promptly. For the kids' meal, our child received mandarin oranges, which he loved, and they even brought him four additional servings. Now, the negatives: Upon entering, the host informed us there would be a 10-minute wait to clean tables. However, we ended up waiting 25 minutes before being seated at a table that hadn’t been wiped down. We were told several times that the restaurant was short-staffed. After another wait, the server assured us our food would be out shortly, but it took an additional 10 minutes, which is why my fries were lukewarm. Unfortunately, this caused us to miss our movie, throwing off the rest of our afternoon. One more thing—staff attire could use some improvement, and it wouldn't hurt for the host to offer a smile. Lastly, the less pleasant aspects: While waiting in the lobby, I noticed that the woodwork, particularly the support beam next to the host’s desk, needed cleaning. Additionally, there was a faint unpleasant odor in the restaurant. On a positive note, the restroom was relatively clean compared to others. Overall, I believe that with more staff, our experience could have been significantly better."

"my family came in our local red robin, we were quickly sitting and handed over menus. then forget. we saw several employees who went from us to help others tables. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I started a stop watch app on my handy. during the next 10 minutes we wait for another table seat, order drinks, get drinks and place a food order. at this time, we caught the attention of a waiter. we wanted to see the manager in the service. remember we're still on the stop watch. it took 5 minutes until the manager visited us. during this time a waitress took pity on us and took our drink order. the manager finally came over us explained we had met the 20-minute mark at this point and the 5-minute mark for his visit (the table next to the use received their food during this time). To be honest, the manager didn't care. he made a pathetic excuse, said he was busy and went. no excuse, no offer, to speed up our order, or any kind of indemnification. he was just indifferent to us and he left us as soon as he could possibly escape. our newly assigned waiter finally arrived. 3 from our 4 drinks and our food order. the waiter did his best and apologized. he took a burger out of the bill. the manager was not interested in coming back and reviewing us or offering an excuse. we usually visit red robin 1-2x per month. this is our first bad experience. it was clear that the communication between the staff and the indifference of the manager that the problem is the manager. he didn't manage the housefront."
