"Recently Kobe visited for the first time on a Saturday evening with my amazing wife. I usually order Sashimi and this time I ordered for two because my wife wanted to join me in sharing the delicious fish. I would say it was very good quality fish (salmon, tuna, yellow tail, mackerel octopus). The best part was that she was a man and a woman duo on the piano guitar with top hits and every request. It was a surprise for us. The ambience is beautiful and cozy, as the restaurant is not too small or too large, which can sometimes be loud. You have many drinks to choose from a particularly good Sake selection. Will come back for the second time. The actors are only here on Saturdays."

"Today was our third visit and will be our last. We waited 30 minutes for our drink order, and then we were served the wrong meats- I don’t eat steak yet it was placed on my plate before I could inform him I had chicken and scallops, my sister didn’t get vegetables, our water was never refilled, and our silverware was dirty. For the two of us, we were charged an 18% gratuity when our experience wasn’t worth the cost of the meal nor an 18% tip."

"I usually get the delicious shrimp roll with dumpling soup at this restaurant. I ordered from the parking lot and received friendly and quick service as always. However, this time the soup was cloudy instead of the usual clear broth, and the dumplings were gooey and pasty. In the past, the soup has been bright, fresh, with a slight crunch from the vegetables and soothing to the stomach. I'm not sure if the soup had been sitting too long before being served, but I hope this was just a one-time mistake. Other than that, this is a good, clean restaurant."

"to start off their food has never disappointed me. great sushi and not too bad prices. but the customer service is off. i placed an online order recently my friend was going to pick it up but had a few errands to run first. i had set the pickup time for 11:30, at 12 the restaurant called saying my food was ready. i assured them someone would be coming but they are stuck in traffic. at 12:30 they called me again and the person on the phone literally was yelling at me saying my food has been ready for an hour why haven't i picked it up yet. mind you the food was already paid for so i really don't see why it sitting there was bothering them so much that they called and yelled. they had just opened so it's not like they were trying to close and leave or anything."

"I dined at this restaurant this time. They had a special featuring a delicious piece of Wagyu and Toro, which are my favorite. The other fish I ordered didn't taste as fresh as it did last time, so it was just okay. Additionally, we ordered some chicken pineapple fried rice, but unfortunately, they forgot to include the chicken. The truffle salmon, however, was quite good. Overall, I think this restaurant is better suited for takeout, so I don't fault my dining experience for not being as impressive as their takeout options."

"The food and the ambiance were excellent. Unfortunately the delivery adversely colored the experience. The hostess was rude and actually turned her head to talk to someone else midway through greeting us. We were seated at a table that wasn’t bussed (had an empty cocktail). We were not given the opportunity to enjoy appetizers while we surveyed the menu but rather instructed to order the entire meal at once. Waitstaff attention was poor and getting a second drink should be ordered when your first one arrives or be prepared to be thirsty. Because of the food and atmosphere I will go back and write this review with the hopes of these criticisms will be constructive."

"We went to Prime for my 50th birthday. The drinks at the bar were delicious and the bartender was friendly. We had reservations but still made to wait over 40 minutes for our table. My friend ordered a 2 lb male lobster. The waiter (who was very cocky) brought out a female lobster. He did ask if she would want to return it and wait for a male lobster. But after waiting so long for a table and then long periods of time in between courses, she did not want to wait again and that would mean she would be eating after we did. Her lobster was also overcooked and therefore very dry. Due to this fact (and the waiters cockiness) we would not return. She also had to ask for a small fork and a nut cracker for the lobster-and the restaurant has no bibs!!!!!! She asked for a wet napkin to clean up afterwards and the waiter said As soon as I clear the table! -very rude I would not go back to this restaurant. And we spent a lot of money there with drinks over $350!"

"Have ordered a few rolls to go a couple times now and like it enough to return, especially given the convenient location. Owners are friendly too and feels good to support a local, family owned business. That being said, it's not the greatest sushi. Fish is fresh and the flavor profiles seem to work. My main complaint is the sheer size/sloppiness of the rolls. They are difficult to eat and in some cases, pieces fall apart all together. Certainly not the one bite pieces one expects with sushi."

"Ate at J2 for belated Valentines Day celebration. Overall food was good and portions were generous at a fair price. I will definitely go back in person or order take out. Service was attentive but if the restaurant was at max capacity they might need additional staff to adequately service all the tables . It is a small place and maybe 1/3 full when we were there."

"I was lucky that the weather held up during my trip to New York from London, as I avoided a possible snowstorm or flight cancellation. Despite some delays, I arrived in New York later than expected. I had originally planned to go to Chinatown to experience the Chinese New Year festivities, but instead I checked into my hotel and went out in search of food. After a disappointing meal at a nearby restaurant, I almost settled for a hot dog from a street vendor until I spotted the Radio City Hall sign in Rockefeller Center. I decided to explore the area and stumbled upon a Japanese restaurant called Yummy Sushi. I was thrilled to find it still open and quickly ordered an unagi noodle soup with tofu noodles. The tofu noodles were so delicious that I couldn't get enough of them."

"This has been my go-to sushi spot for the past 3 years for takeout sushi. After trying most of the to-go spots in Philly I can confidently say that nothing compares to the Triple Spicy Roll at Sushi Garden. The fish is ALWAYS fresh and incredbily well prepared (plus they include free appetizer if you spend a minimum amount and I highly recommend getting the chili dumplings) Top notch."

"Avocado cucumber roll was great! Good flavor for the sushi rice, fresh produce, thin slices of cucumber which is easier. Included wayyy too much wasabi though. The miso soup broth itself was hot and really well flavored, the seaweed was good but there wasnt much of it, same for the tofu and the pieces were tiny. Hard to tell if it was the pre-made stuff you add or fresh but it was good. I would like more seaweed and larger pieces of tofu but otherwise I would still get again! The cucumber salad was missing, so I couldnt review that, but my guess is its the classic with the sushi vinegar dressing and crab stick? Not sure."

"TL;DR this is your Soft Tofu Soup spot in Santa Rosa. My biggest qualm about moving to Santa Rosa was the lack of abundance of Asian cuisine, especially Korean cuisine (I LOVE Korean food). Honestly, I came upon Tov Tofu while I was searching for Ramen, so this is purely a lucky find. The waitstaff are friendly and everything that you expect from a Korean restaurant. All I wanted was to be able to have Soft Tofu Soup and not have to drive down to the Bay Area to get my fix. Having had a variety of Soft Tofu Soup in the San Francisco Bay Area and LA/OC Counties (particularly BCD Tofu House), my standards are high with regards to what I 'm searching for and expecting to receive. The Combination Soft Tofu Soup was delicious. The egg I got was double yolked! Both the waitress and I did a uwaaaah when we saw it. The one factor that surprised me was that the shrimp had been peeled and clam meat was removed from the shells it made the experience more fluid, no need to fuss with the hot soup and trying to remove shells. I honestly would have enjoyed the soup either way, whether the shells were present or not, but I thought that was interesting and kind with regards to their preparation. I definitely intend to come back and try more of their menu!"

"Even on an overcast day, there is no better lunch/early dinner spot than Prime. Overlooking Huntington Harbor is just so beautiful! I ventured out of my comfort zone and did NOT get the bread to start, the 12 oz fillet, and Junior's Chocolate cake. Instead I had the sushi special: Spicy Tuna Tornado Roll; the fish special: Striped bass Livorno (a Puttanesca sauce); and an in-house baked pumpkin pie. All three dishes were UNBELIEVABLE! My server was Ethan and he was great; attentive without hovering, made great recommendations, and really knew food. Compliments to the hostesses who are always so nice. Last but certainly not least: GM Patrick and Asst. Manager Sandra are always so gracious and welcoming, especially since I don't eat there as regularly as so many of their local guests (I live a half hour away without traffic). Pat and Sandra make me feel so valued as a diner and I really appreciate that. Thank you for reading!"

"So fun fact they don 't offer refunds for credit cards, your pickup time is NOT the time you will be getting your food, and honest mistakes happen, but if they happen just assume your going to have to pay for it... missing a role after I specifically asked everything but the soup is in there? . Was offered to come pick the missing items and when I said I wouldn 't do that a female staff member (not the one on the phone, assumingly a higher up) said and I quote she 's an adult she can f handle it . I was on a time crunch for a get together and was willing to leave the soup behind but an entire person had to get scraps because I 'm not willing to drive 45 min for a role and just wasn 't willing to wait. Overall just bad experience."
