"I've been to this Burger King twice—once using the drive-thru and then dining inside. The drive-thru lines were quite long, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that I was able to place my order and receive my food quickly on both occasions. The staff greeted me with friendly hellos, accurately took my orders, and handed over my food within just a few minutes, all while thanking me. I've really enjoyed the flavor of my Whopper burgers, and I noticed that the fries seem to have improved since my previous visit. However, I felt that the chicken sandwich wasn't as flavorful as those from other restaurants, though it was still decent."

"I was in the drive-thru line when a girl named Sara assisted me and provided terrible customer service. She stated that she does not assist Mexicans and told me to go back to Mexico. She also mentioned that she was racist and believed that my people should not live in the United States. I am fluent in English and have lived here my entire life. This behavior was very unprofessional and I will be taking legal action against Burger King."

"Cashiers Deviny and Brittany have service skills. I don’t see what is wrong with some of these people leaving negative reviews on here. I have never had bad service. Cashier Deviny always lets me know that I rule the kingdom which makes me feel cool. ️ The 2/$5 whopper jr. Duo is tasty. I love getting one bbq bacon and cheese and the other plain. Also some of you need to keep in mind that they are teenagers working at a burger place not your servants or maids. If you treat them badly you get bad service for being a bad person. Sincerely someone who has had a food service job. Parking: I suck at parking so I park far away at dominos because their parking lot is always empty."
"I received a very small burger that seemed more like a junior size. It only had one strip of bacon, which was broken in half and hardly counted as a full piece. The lettuce was soggy, and there was way too much sauce. Considering the delivery fee, I expected a better meal. Unfortunately, everything arrived extremely cold and not freshly cooked. I paid a lot for something I didn't even enjoy. I went straight home after picking it up, and my food has never been this unappetizingly cold before—it's so off-putting that I refuse to eat it. Reheating it with the sauce could only lead to an upset stomach. Even my pet wouldn't touch it."

"Fair wages! they are humans that feed us.... But how bout they are humans and deserve livable wages and consistent affordable health care. I'm aware alot in the system needs a recogning with equality and fairness it would be nice if we can get started. I totally will do it just need the authority. "Worst BK in the area. My wife and I walked in and we were told to order from the Kiosk, we were not given an option. Then after the order was placed I had to wait 13 minutes for the order. There was no one else in the restaurant, there were four-five people in back “working”, and the entire time I waited I had to listen to one of the female staff talk about how her granddaughter’s friend was pregnant which she found out on Facebook. Then she told her granddaughter and she had no idea!! Yeah… Then when I did get our food it given to me in a bag. I told the worker that I selected in store and would like a tray, there was a stack of them right in front of him. He then told me, “We don’t give trays out anymore, haven’t done it since Covid.” This is a lie because the last time I ate inside, about a year ago, they gave out trays. Finally, when I got back to the table to eat the food, my whopper had no bacon which I did order. I went back up and they gave me the bacon. Again, worst BK experience ever! Do not go here!!!"

"It took a while for someone to assist me at the counter, but the staff was really friendly. I ordered two bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits along with two bacon, egg, and cheese croissants. I've been a fan of the croissants for years and wanted to give the biscuits a try. While the sandwiches weren't terrible, they weren't as good as I remembered. One piece of bacon fell out of one of the biscuits, and when I tasted it on its own, it was truly horrible. It was the worst piece of bacon I've ever had. I'm officially done with Burger King's breakfast."

"I’m a frequently eat here cause it’s cheap and quick but a big complaint I have is if you’re making your customer wait for fresh food, make sure it’s all fresh. As a consumer it sucks to eat the first sandwich and it was really good but then you get to the second one and you can tell it’s old and has been sitting… it happens so unbelievably often and everytime it makes me not want to go back…"

"We ordered via the app yesterday but were unable to find a kids meal to add to our order, so I placed the order online and figured that I would order the kids meal once we arrived at the location. I walked in to find several people upset with how long their wait times were. It was not busy at all, maybe one table had people sitting at it. There was a young lady asking about her order, she was told that they were not going to answer any more questions about it. After about 10 minutes, they finally had her order ready. The guy in front of me had placed his order before I walked in, but said he had been waiting 25 minutes. The two in front of him said they had been waiting 40 minutes. It took over 10 minutes before anybody took my order (again, just for a kids hamburger meal) and a wait time of near 30 minutes. Our food was cold to boot. The location was filthy, the workers had bad attitudes, and they deliberately took forever to get orders out. In my over 40 minutes of being there, they only served 4 groups (in addition to the ones above, a DoorDash guy came in and had to wait almost 25 minutes). I will never visit the Valley, AL location again."

As a first-time visitor, I appreciated her giving me a takeout menu and being incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the products. She greeted me warmly as soon as I walked in and was eager to go above and beyond to help. Her name on the receipt was Shaniyah R. If you're in the area, definitely check them out!"

"All the staff are polite apart from the manager. I’ve been there twice in the past 2 weeks and she has a serious attitude problem. The first experience she charged me 16 cents a piece for a BBQ sauces. I’ve been eating at burger king for 25 years.. I’ve never ever been charged for a sauce lol. She also fills your cup to the top with ice, you get maybe a quarter of a cup of actual soda. Then for my second run in, I just picked up my family’s mobile order, got home and realized they had screwed up the order.. No big deal, accidents happen. I drive 15 minutes out of my way, back to the BK and I politely tell them they messed up two of the burgers. Girl tells me they’ll fix it and to pull around. Im greeted by the wicked witch of the west manager, she snatches the bag out of my hands, looks up at the screen, looks inside the bag clearly insinuating that I was trying to get free food. She then realizes it’s wrong says “oh my god” storms into the kitchen. Then she brings the correct food back and sarcastically tells me to have a good night. She clearly has stability issues and should take some classes on customer service or seek some form of therapy."

"I have been a simi regular at this burger king for quite some time and have only seen a steady decline in quality of food and service. The place hasn't had proper wrappers for any of their burgers in months, they hardly ever have any varity of sodas, and one of the soda machines has been broken for over a year now. My friends and I came here for a quick dinner and they had already ordered but while I stood there the workers just stared at me and waited for food to come down when I wanted to order myself it was a good 3 to 4 minutes of the worker just standing there doing nothing and glancing at me every now and then. The food then took 20 minutes to come out as the place had 4 people working during the height of dinner rush. I ordered a bacon king and did not get any bacon on my sandwich. I also ordered an ice cream cone which after waiting for a while at the counter I eventually left because I did not wish to wait forever to get my cone. There was one worker in particular that was very vocal about how they were all alone and doing everything when they in fact were doing hardly anything. While I do not blame the staff for the lack of workers, the lack of communication between them is sad. Evidently the kitchen had said they were out of bacon before I ordered but the person upfront did not register it i guess. The only positive I have to say is the fries were fresh. But I will be going to the Union location from now on. "I want to start by saying that I've been a local resident for many years, and I've frequented this Burger King quite a bit. Back in 2020, the management was not great—there was a particularly unpleasant manager who had a terrible attitude, which was quite memorable for all the wrong reasons. Fortunately, that manager is no longer there, and I've recently noticed a significant improvement in service with the new team, especially two staff members: a short woman and an older man who seem to be doing a great job. However, the real standout performers are the young black men working in the back. They truly impressed me. One of them appeared to have African roots, and I felt a connection being Dominican myself. I wanted to share this experience a couple of weeks ago, but I didn't get around to it until now. Let me describe the scene: I walked in to order, and I saw three young black men working tirelessly in the assembly line while one of them took my order at the register. What struck me was how engaged the cashier was; he wasn’t just standing around but was actively helping the short lady and the older gentleman management team by packing orders and keeping the area clean—something I haven't seen in a while. The young men in the assembly line were exceptionally fast and communicated well with each other. I witnessed one of the managers signaling to them for a plain cheeseburger, and they promptly delivered it with incredible efficiency. Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant has noticeably improved—truly impeccable! I genuinely believe that the positive changes at this location are largely due to the hard work of those young men, and I wanted to make sure they received recognition. I'm also very pleased with the new management team. As long as these crew members stay, especially those young men because of their cleanliness and efficiency, I will definitely keep coming back.
