"The food is good, NOT great but good. Stick to just the Pollo a la brasa with a side of white rice. The aji has some flavor and varies in heat from time to time(this is not good). The aji should be HOT and SPICY every time, cause thats the REAL Peruvian way! Was enquiring about the ceviche to the waitress as to what kind of fish they used. I was unable to get an answer, which leads me to believe that they use a questionable fish. There are some Peruvian restaurants that use cat fish(from south east asia). FYI if you as a consumer are told that the ceviche is catfish......run away immediately."
