"Myself and my girlfriend were out on a date night had reservations when we got there. Service was a little slow to start because they were short staff that night. We initially had a waitress that mentioned to us it was her first day back. She seemed to be flustered, but we were relaxed and were giving her the benefit of the doubt. The air conditioner was out in the building they were nice to accommodate us to a room with air conditioning. The ambiance was nice table they had set was nice as well. Scott had originally came out to support our waitress with our drinks and appetizers. From there Scott took over duties and became our server for the rest of the night. Scott went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, accommodated, and well taken care of the rest of the night. Scott was excellent, punctual, kind and truly exemplified what customer service is all about. Given the fact the restaurant was short staffed and experiencing the air conditioner being out. We really appreciate Scott tending to us going outside of his role given the circumstances. The food was excellent had it not been for Scott we are not sure if we would have had the positive experience that we did. Scott is excellent and we look forward to seeing him the next time we Return. SHOUT out to SCOTT you were excellent my friend!!!!!"
