"We ate here with our kids and had a nice meal. Children had a buffet for them that worked out great and. Ore high-end restaurants should obey this call. $ 15 apiece, but lots of options kids love, plus desserts and a drink. I had the swordfish which was a little over the top and tasteless. My wife had the fillet that was served over a zucchini and pumpkin tomato vegetable which really didn't go very well with it. Read reviews and told page of Russell sprouts got roasted but they arrived steamed and tasteless again. All in the best part of the meal was our excellent waiter. We ate at the Pacific Grille the night before and the food was much tastier."

"Dined at Malios before a performance at Straz. Excellent service, and especially enjoyed the garlic bread, French onion soup and grouper special. The chocolate dessert cake was delish, but large portion so good for sharing. We do plan on dining again at Malios"

"C.A.Y.A's menu has changed since our last visit, but the same excellent grill and smoked meals remain. one of the new elements in the menu was the texas charcuterie board. it was a good opportunity to arrange our friends who had never eaten there before the many numbers of tasty smoked that C.A.YA famous for their brisket, ripen and pulled swath together with a lot of accompanying pages. the burnt ending served with a searettich sauce were our favorite and they are highly recommended."

"Had a 7:30 PM reservation, arrived at 7:20 PM. Did not get seen by a server for 20 minutes, and did not get our drinks, which simply were two cocktails and two lemonades, until 8 PM. Appetizer arrived 10 minutes later, but by this time, the service was so poor we decided to leave after paying the bill. Also, no air conditioning was on for some reason, just fans overhead. Heard so many great things about this place, and yes, the cocktails were good, but service was horrendous"

"Sunday morning is no cooking day for me So we are in search of good restaurants in around Montville. Found this beautiful place with amazing reviews awesome ambience no doubt it was our best decision. Food Yummilicious, value for money cost is justified for the quantity quality both. "Fantastic! This restaurant is definitely a wonderful place to dine. The reviews don’t do it justice. We chose it for my birthday dinner, and the dishes were simply incredible. My husband and I ordered the butternut squash ravioli, and even the kids' mac and cheese was delicious. The rest of my group had various dishes, and they had nothing but positive things to say about their meals. We were completely satisfied with the flavors, and the drinks were enjoyable as well. I ordered a delicious sangria that packed a nice alcohol kick, so it was my one and only drink, but I loved it. The service was also very friendly and attentive. Our server, Rosa, was polite and always made sure we had everything we needed."

"We dined here twice while staying at the Lodge, once for dinner without a reservation when we were treated rather poorly by the hostess who seemed to be inconvenienced by us showing up. And again for lunch with a reservation . I feel like some of the female wait staff here have an attitude, there is a rush to order and a feeling like making a slight modification to an item is not welcomed me I cant figure out if they are a nice resort restaurant or a casual after golf place. The ambience and service say very casual but the prices are more inline with a more upscale restaurant. Example, for a side of potatoes...For us, we would return for the convenience and decent food, but will be wary"

"The restaurant was conveniently located for us and the menu looked good. When we arrived they had no means of checking a reservation and didn't have a table ready for us. It took about 15 minutes for anyone to greet our table at all, so we were able to already decide on our dinner by the first time a server talked to us. It then took another 25-30 minutes for our dinner to arrive. We had a Caesar salad, sliders, and lobster mac and cheese and I wouldn't order any of it again. The beer was good and it seemed like a fun place. There was live music that was really good, but the whole place was so loud it was impossible to have a conversation."

"My wife and I wanted a nice laid-back place to sit outside and enjoy a fun dinner. We ended up being very disappointed by the service. Our server took about 10-15 minutes to get to the table (which feels like an eternity when you are waiting to order beverages). They took our drink order and quickly returned with a cocktail and waters but the beer we ordered was delayed by a few minutes. Not a big deal, but then the night went south. We didn't see our server again for a very long time. We started to feel like our appetizer was a little delayed when food runners showed up with our entrees. No app in sight. We let them know and eventually the server brought our app. But we were halfway into the meal by that point. The food tasted fine. Nothing extraordinary but not bad. The nachos, I admit, were delicious. The mac and cheese we ordered was described to have bread crumbs but was missing that. Fortunately the server had it taken care of pretty quickly. We were never asked about having our drinks refilled. And after eating, we waited a long time for our check. It just seemed to take forever for everything. None of the problems by themselves would have been a big deal, but together it added up to a somewhat unpleasant experience. The server was nice and apologetic. They also comped us the appetizer which was nice. May have been an off night or maybe a new server, but I can't say I would recommend going on a Saturday night. Also, we did enjoy the outdoor seating area. It was a little tight, but the ambiance was nice."

"If you’re looking to chomp on some quickly yummy lunch on Santa Monica Blvd, check out Chomp! The cashier was friendly, and when I told him it was my first time there he suggested going with either the steak or the burger. I took his advice and went with the Chomp Steak Plate, and I was not disappointed. For $16.50, you get a decent portion of Marinated Steak, along with a Side Salad, Grilled Mushrooms Onions, and a side of Rice. I’m glad I’m glad the steak comes precut because it would be hard to cut with the plastic silverware. I went with medium rare and the steak was tender, not too chewy, and it had a lot of flavor from the seasonings and sauce. I enjoyed the salad with the balsamic dressing, but I would have preferred it if the onions were more thinly sliced. They have a shared parking lot, but make sure to read the signs so that you are not parking in one of the other retail locations designated spots."

"I've dined at The Statler several times, and the food has consistently impressed me. However, the service has always left something to be desired during each visit. It's not terrible, but given the prices, it should be better. On this occasion, the service was particularly slow, even though the restaurant was mostly empty on a Sunday evening. If it had been a busy Saturday night before a show, the pace would've been understandable. We experienced long waits not only for our hors d'oeuvres and dessert orders but also for water refills. We tried to expedite things by ordering our entrées with the hors d'oeuvres to avoid another lengthy wait. Despite these issues, the overall experience was quite enjoyable."

"Anniversary dinner with our two children, 8 and 10. We decided to sit out on the porch on a fairly humid June evening and the ceiling fans made for a nice breeze. We find most restaurants to be overly air-conditioned, but Metro 8 didn't seem like a fridge even when we walked in - that's a huge plus for me! Our waitress was very nice and attentive without interfering. She noted that it was nice to see kids with books (and math in our conversation) instead of iPads. The steaks my husband and I ordered were as advertised and delicious. So were the pages. Our girls loved their grilled chicken. Cocktails were good and just the right strength. Highly recommended."

"We had a 5:30 PM reservation. After ordering brussels sprouts and french fry appetizer that took a good half hour before arriving. Unfortunately, there was way too much salt on the french fries and brussels sprouts were also salty. My husband ordered the mushroom risotto, it wasn't great it was just average. I had more of a Indian style meal. I said it would be a seven and 10 portion was good though unfortunately for my sister, everything was made with oil and she cannot have any so she ended up having a salad, and a few other things who is OK, but not great. The waitress a very pleasant and did her best to accommodate my sister. I was not really crazy about the menu and I don't think I will be back."

"This is a fantastic spot for happy hour with a friendly wait staff. Just a heads up, it can get quite crowded! I enjoyed some hot sake at a reasonable price, and their dollar oysters were simply perfect—I ended up ordering two dozen! They also have a delicious soju lychee martini that was surprisingly good. It was a bit sweeter than I typically prefer, but I would definitely return. It's also a great place to catch a Dodger game! They are currently located on the third floor, and parking is free for three hours with validation—just park in the H-Mart parking lot. The fish and chips were tasty, and the seaweed salad was excellent too! I can't wait to go back!"

"Ended up here on a whim just walking around Harlem on a Friday night. It was busy, however got seated upon arrival without a reservation. We sat on the outside covered area and the noise level was a bit much. Just be aware, not sure if in the properrestaurant/indoor area if it's any better. Our waitstaff seemed to be absent minded wondering around and wasn't good atchecking in on us. We ended up having to call him over after he passed by multiple times without even looking to see if weneeded anything. To the point where we ended up ordering double drinks as we weren't sure when the waitstaff would return. Thefood was delicious. And honestly the savior of the review as the service left little to desire. Ordered the Pot of Mussels (2ways...did the White and Spicy Tomato), I've only had in white sauce while my counterpart only had in tomato. I maybe bias butthe white sauce is wayyy better. For mains ordered the Truffle burger (I love me some truffle) and the Codfish Po'boy sandwich. Ended up splitting both in half and sharing the other 1/2 with one another as they were so good. The burger was cookedperfectly and not overwhelmed with truffle and the codfish po'boy was crispy with the lettuce, tomato, mayo and the bread alladding to the flavor. I would go back and sit in another section to see if the service is the same all around or if we just hadan off night for the gentleman."

"To be fair, I guess it 's what to be expected of a neighborhood bar. I almost passed it coming from the town, as it 's dated on the outside and inside. The only thing you can see on the sign is the large lettering of Pub . Three of us were there for lunch. Only one of us was given the full menu. The other two, had the middle, double -sided page missing. My Bacon Lover 's BLT Sandwich was tasty but the bread was over- toasted, dry and crunchy which detracted from the filling. The hand-cut fries were good, and our server was kind enough to split our check. To be fair, if we 're in the area again, I 'd give them another try as I 'd like to see how they do with their entree salads. "The food was amazing, me and my family came here for brunch. The wait was a bit long, but the mimosas were good, so that made up for the long wait. Are waitress was pretty cool, but the highlight was the delicious food. My fiance had the Krispy cream donut which was awsome, My cousin had the chicken and waffle and they were bomb all though I prefer my chicken to be bone in and not the chicken strip, but none the less it was pretty good. My good friend had the grits and shrimp which was very delicious and nicely seasoned. Me and another good friend of mine had burgers which were pretty juicy and flavourful. I would definitely be coming back"

"The food is always good, the service is hit or miss. The last time our family was there, each of our orders was wrong, my (adult) daughters was wrong THREE TIMES. Then when I got home I went to do some online banking and noticed they charged the entire table to me TWICE. They had not removed the incorrect items they had said they'd remove. At the time I paid, I admit to not checking the bill, because we just wanted to get out of there. I'd like to think it was just an off night, but it's happened more than once."
