"Our first visit to Medici. They were not overly busy when we arrived, but they seemed unprepared with our reservation. However, they made adjustments and were able to accommodate us. We had the bacon wrapped dates which were outstanding. My wife ordered the baked penne and we were told that they were out of the penne, but they came back a few minutes later and said that they were able to find some. I had the forest Pizza and it was delicious. Our friend who joined us had also ordered the penne with added chicken, but when they brought her dish there was no chicken added. However our server was able to correct that oversight, and also brought bread which was supposed to be with the penne but was not initially delivered with the dishes. I am not sure how long they have been open at this location, but it seems like there were startup types of missteps that occurred. However, everything was taken care of in the end."
