"Update September 2024: Their pizza is still insanely delicious, but this is the most unreliable restaurant I've ever experienced. In the past we've placed orders ahead of time that they have no record of and had to completely reorder and wait for. Tonight we ordered delivery and it took TWO HOURS to three pizzas. As much as I love their food, there's just no reason to bother with Rocco's at this point. Why order food if you have no idea if or when you'll actually get it? Original review: This has become my favorite pizza place in Natick. Their crust is great and they have a lot of non-standard options. My only gripe is that it's never ready when they say it'll be. I've learned to adjust my pick-up time."
