"A few weeks ago, this restaurant got a new manager. I have dined there over 50 times in the past, when the place used to be well-managed and they always remembered their regular customers. However, this time we decided to order food to go instead of dining in. We ordered four meals, costing over $100, and requested a little extra sauce for one of the meals. To my surprise, I noticed there was a $2 charge for the extra sauce. I spoke to the manager to inquire about this charge, questioning why they would charge $2 for just an ounce of sauce on a meal that cost over $100, especially since if I were dining in, I could use as much sauce as I wanted. The manager refused to waive the charge and was rude about it. Over an ounce of sauce, they lost a customer. We have chosen to avoid dining there a total of four times now, resulting in them losing around $500 in business. Not a wise move by the manager."
