"we had a nice Christmas dinner at gold. the personal has an excellent task to decorate the dining room and to design all self-bedded appetizers, salads and desserts. everything was fresh, well prepared and beautifully presented. my wife had the special Christmas cocktail she had enjoyed and I had an excellent red wine. my wife especially liked the chilled garnel and antipasto. she chose Chilean sea bass as her escape, while I had a huge end cut of the prime rib, both served with beside dishes (mashed kartoffels, smashed rutabaga, carrots and creamy pearls wobble.) that was excellent and the portions were more than generous. desserts were also very good. we liked mainly brotpudding and holiday cookies. our server, belen, was exceptional. she was a great listener, and she was really interested. I was especially grateful to her that I worked with the cook to arrange the end cut of the prime rib. she made our Christmas holiday experience especially beautiful. Thanks again, belen."
