"My wife and I dropped in last night since we were looking for something new north of Boston since we have exhausted most restaurants between Lynn and Gloucester. We eat out quite a bit so we have had our share of good meals and disappointments. We found this on line and decided to give it a try. the restaurant was not busy when we came in close to 9 pm. The music was a little loud since the biggest group was a teenage crowd. When they left, the co-owner, Marina, lowered it when I asked. Anyway we chatted with her, and she made a couple of great cocktails, reasonably priced. We ordered Caesar Salad which had that European taste, Shrimp Scampii, and I had the baked haddock. The meals were delicious. The haddock was not overcooked (we like it cooked just till it flakes) with a nice crust surface and you could taste the lemon. Roasted vegetables and sliced potatoes were a great accompaniment. My wife had a shrimp scampi with the linguini cooked al dente (just right). She had nine or ten good sized shrimp on her plate. I can attest to their flavor. I cannot go on without describing the unusual but delicious bread. It was like a chunky pita bread, but very light. The owner/cook (Eddy) came out to see how we were doing and we related our pleasure with the meal, and he asked how we liked the bread. We expressed our pleasure with both. He then explained to us that thebread was Bosnian , and he saw it in NYC years ago. On a visit to Bosnia, he got the recipe and local methodology (more important than the recipe) for the bread. His story was very interesting, and I would rather have you go there to hear it since it was very detailed. Anyway to end my story, I highly recommend this restaurant for the friendliness, unique cooking of Mediterranean/Balkan dishes, generosity in the servings and the very reasonable prices. Eddy and Marina were a pleasure t hat with. Beautiful couple."
