"1st off I order from Pronto on a regular basis. I order thru Slice app. I can't count how many times the driver has forgotten my soda and I am normally ok with him going back to store and getting it. Tonight they forgot my soda amd my extra blue cheese. I paid for both these things. I had already told the driver about my soda and then realized after he left I was missing the extra blue cheese. I called the store and the gentleman who answered asked someone there and tried to imply that they gave me extra blue cheese. It was definitely not in order. This upset me that someone would act like I'm calling to get an additional blue cheese. I then mentioned my soda being a reoccurring theme and the gentleman made the excuse we are busy and orders get messed up and if I'm dissatisfied I could drive up there and get it. I said no that's why I paid for delivery. What kind of customer service is that? Not only for a regular customer but any customer."

"Chicagoan here that misses good thin crust pizza. Brothers hits the spot. Plenty of cheese, flavorful sauce, toppings to the edge. Also had the tortellini Alfredo huge portion! I got 4 meals out of it. Service was great fast and friendly and accurate. The building isn’t flashy and is easy to miss (I’ve lived here for years and just now found Brothers). Great food and an awesome local spot."

"I had no idea this jewel was here!! We really wanted Mozzarella sticks and they had them!! They have large tomato sauce, very bright taste, very fresh!! We weren't sure how the sandwiches would be, but I'm so glad we got them!! Best bread! I have the aubergines Pesto focaccia and my family got the orange chicken. The eggplant was beautiful and tender! I didn't expect orange slices on a chicken stall, but we really enjoyed it! Roasted red peppers seemed fresh on both sandwiches and THE BREAD!! the focaccia bread is fantastic!! Fluffy and slightly crispy with some rosemary on it!! Sandwiches were warm but not over roasted or burned like some Focaccia sandwiches I had in other factories. I'm so glad we stopped here and went back to pizza! Give them a try! Compared to other branford Pizza joints: These sandwiches were the least fat Focaccia sandwiches we had! I can't compare the bread with any other sandwich place, it's sooooo good!! The fillings did not all fall out and parts were perfect for us! Yum! Clean restaurant, very fast! Very friendly! Thank you."

"Carusos is consistently excellent. They prepare every item with such care and attention. Wevebeen ordering from here for years now and they have never gotten an order wrong or made a dish subpar! "This restaurant has a knack for coming to my rescue! Just the other night, I called at 9:59 PM, and they quickly prepared two fantastic three-topping pizzas for me. The chef is wonderful; she personally brings the food out to me, and I can just tell she puts a lot of love into her cooking. The chicken Alfredo is out of this world—definitely try adding bacon and green olives! Seriously, it's a fantastic place that has not only made it through the pandemic but also survived a car crashing into the front of the restaurant! You can ask Fernando about that. By the way, he's awesome! The same cashier is always there, making all the customers laugh. They really need a jukebox; someone should donate one!"

"The pizza here is excellent! The crust is fantastic, and I didn't feel the need to add anything extra. The sauce tastes really fresh and isn't overly sweet. They definitely use high-quality ingredients. This has become my new favorite place, although we also love Angelo's in Woodbury. I realize they've been around for a while, but it's a new discovery for me! It's a solid choice that has received great reviews. "I had a terrible experience at this restaurant and was diagnosed with food poisoning. It's concerning that you can't see how the food is prepared or how long it has been sitting out. This is especially troubling for the Black community. I ordered food that was ready in under 10 minutes, but it was undercooked and had excessive amounts of cheese. The restaurant also needs a deep clean, and the parking lot was in bad shape. To top it off, I was served tilapia instead of catfish. Overall, it was a very disappointing visit."

"Good bye Frank’s! $50.00 for one delivered pizza ordered via the Uber Eats App and to have the order be incorrect. I asked for a large sausage, pepperoni and mushrooms. Only half wasn’t what I ordered, the other half was just cheese. There was no attempt by the Aberdeen store to make it right. When I advised, you are losing a customer, “okay” was the lady’s response. Loyalty does not pay, so see ya Frank’s! As you can see by the response “Frank’s” management does not care. I had the best pizza at Bocco’s in Abingdon today anyway!"
