"I visited this Subway for a pickup through Grubhub. I placed my order 15 minutes before arriving, but when I got there, the lone employee informed me she hadn’t started on it yet. I waited for 10 minutes and watched as four customers walked in off the street, placed their orders, and left before me. When I asked her, "Ma’am, are you going to prepare my order?", I was met with a rude response, saying she would do it when she had time. I reminded her that I had been waiting since 2:38 and pointed out that others had been served before me. She replied that regular customers take priority, to which I countered, “That's not how it works; orders should be filled in the order they're placed.” She snapped back, claiming her manager had instructed her to say that. However, since there was only her working and no manager present, this indicated poor leadership, training, and customer service. It’s disappointing because I frequent this location, picking up orders 10-15 times a week. Subway should be ashamed. If you can’t adequately staff and train your employees, you might as well close up until you can, or perhaps you’ll close permanently at the rate things are going."
