"The business seemed to be closed! I detoured about an hour off my planned route because I had enjoyed a meal there several years ago, and I was excited to return for more of their great food. They really should have a notice on their website indicating that they are closed. Golden Irene's, I didn’t see that you were temporarily closed; had I known, I definitely wouldn't have gone so far out of my way! I’ve updated my review to 5 stars based on my previous visit when the food and service were both exceptional. I was eager to stop by again during my travels from Virginia to Maine last week! I can assure you that I will definitely make a point to visit again the next time I'm in the area!"

"I tried Villa Milano's Pizza tonight for the very 1st time. Not only was it delivered in record time but it was also delivered hot and absolutely everything we ordered was amazing and so delicious. They exceeded all of my expectations which are normally pretty high. We ordered Buffalo wings, the fried dough and the Al Pollo white pizza. I originally placed my order online and then followed up by calling the restaurant because I wanted to make sure they included paper plates and cutlery. They were so nice when I spoke to them and I received everything I asked for plus more. I will recommend Villa Milano's Pizza to everybody. What an amazing 1st Experience! Thank you Villa Milano's. "That's right in there. Detroit Style Pizza is at the Springfield of Cocco and it is AWESOME! They simply added it to the menu this weekend, so we gave it a try today. Delicious from the sauce (Garlic w some zest) to the cheese (pot, fresh) to the crust (beautiful crisp edges so good). And it's huge. Three hungry adults are over halfway. Cocco’s Springfield: Please keep this on the menu. It was amazing and we will be back for more! Yum!"

"I was looking for a new pizza place online when I came upon Edgewood's pizza site. I used their online ordering system, but it didn't work when I tried to check out. I hit the help button and got a (get this) real IT person that diagnosed my problem, and the order went through. This little pizza shop had a live IT person monitoring their website. The order arrived just at the time that was predicted, with the driver calling my cell just as he pulled in. The order was for a pizza with pepperoni and sausage, an order of clam strips, and garlic bread. The clams were still crispy, the presentation of the garlic bread was fantastic, and the pizza was great. The crust had that popcorn-like taste, the sign of a great crust. This is now my new pizza place. Great job, guys."

"I ordered lunch today from the Slice app. My order was supposed to arrive at the latest by 12:06. It arrived at 12:39. My sandwich came with mayo on it (not listed as an ingredient on the menu for a roast beef grinder) and when I called to complainthey told me the menu changed and I called you and you only said no onion . He wouldn 't replace the sandwich and told me tocall his boss at 5PM. I also ordered a Greek salad and I received a regular salad instead. This was my first time ordering fromhere and I will never order from this restaurant again. This is really disappointing customer service. Edited to add: I alsoreceived an aluminum foil ball of feta cheese which makes my salad a Greek salad I guess? Without the olives."

"I came in here for lunch after having a rough day. They were very polite. I ordered my meal and was waiting. Another customer came in and ordered. He showed them a very meaningful picture. The workers, Chris Brian, were so happy for this customer and uplifting him. I told them that it was so nice to see others encouraging one another and truly excited for each other. This customer left and despite his hard times walked out he door with a smile on his face as well. How amazing to see people still come together and root for one another. Chris and Bryan were truly authentic as this is the way the treated the other customers as well. They insisted on cleaning up my table as well even though I felt guilty not taking care of my own trash. All with a smile on their face!! On my way out I told them that Inwould absolutely be back here…because of them. I left there with a smile on my face as well. You never know how you will impact people. And I’m so thankful for Chris and Brian. What amazing workers and human beings! THANK YOU CHRIS BRIAN!!!"

"I paid a lot of money for a pizza. Ordered it three hours before the time and asked for a 6:45 delivery as I had guests coming. Light snow was predicted for this evening. I asked the staff if the delivery was a problem. They assured me it wouldn't be a problem because I'm less than three miles away. To make a long story short, the pizza came at 19:20. It was cold and fat was congealed on the pizza. You look like the picture. I called the restaurant and complained that the pizza arrived cold and 35 minutes late. They said it was due to the weather and that no loans were issued. I didn't ask for a loan. I just wanted to deliver a hot pizza on time. If you pay top-dollar for a product, and you give the staff over 3 hours prior notice, there are some expectations of how punctual to be and isolating the pizza from the cold. Based on my experience, Wicked Slice in Hebron has a better quality product and friendly, professional and accommodating staff. I will not return to Hebron Pizza and I also recommend you not go there."

"Instead of processing my refund, she decided to make another pizza and went over to my neighbor's house herself. I'm not sure how that helps me get a refund, but here's the problem: I live on the 2nd floor, and the delivery driver claimed to have delivered it to the 1st floor to a man with long hair. That should be all the evidence you need! To make matters worse, I later found out that the delivery driver actually pushed the door down, and when he opened it, it was this man with long hair who was confused. The delivery driver assumed that since he was there, it must be his pizza, so he just handed it to him without confirming anything. Why is that my fault? You had my number; why didn’t you just call me? I will NOT order from here again. Seriously, stay away!"

"Honestly I haven't been to a mancinos for probably 25-30 years when I believe it was inside a convenience store or gas station (I was a child and don't remember specially, when my mom would take us there for a grinder as a treat for surviving grocery shopping with her). I gave this a try again the other day, and was pleasantly surprised. It's hard time to find a pizza for my partner that she likes and we've been to a very unreasonable number of places at varying price points without much luck. She loves their pizza and we've been 3 times in a week and a half. Steak calzone is very delicious."
