I have recently stopped and ordered the daily special (similar breasthoagie with circumcisions) and asked them to cut it into the half and wrap the other half for me home. I sat down to wait, and the man who commanded me brought it to me when it was done, told me that they would keep the other half warm until I was ready to go, and then brought condiments to my table. I don't expect such little touches, but they make a difference. they are very good what they do."

"This was my first time in to this new spot... I walked in and Francisco was very friendly when he greeted me !! He gave me several suggestions after I told him I was looking for an Italian hoagie and then changed my mind to a wrap .... I ended up getting a spinach wrap Italian hoagie and it tasted very good! It could have used a little more meat but I know for next time to just order extra meat but it had very good flavor. The spot was clean and neat and I am looking forward to ordering from them again real soon! Thanks for the help Francisco I hope I got your name correct)!!"

"1st off I order from Pronto on a regular basis. I order thru Slice app. I can't count how many times the driver has forgotten my soda and I am normally ok with him going back to store and getting it. Tonight they forgot my soda amd my extra blue cheese. I paid for both these things. I had already told the driver about my soda and then realized after he left I was missing the extra blue cheese. I called the store and the gentleman who answered asked someone there and tried to imply that they gave me extra blue cheese. It was definitely not in order. This upset me that someone would act like I'm calling to get an additional blue cheese. I then mentioned my soda being a reoccurring theme and the gentleman made the excuse we are busy and orders get messed up and if I'm dissatisfied I could drive up there and get it. I said no that's why I paid for delivery. What kind of customer service is that? Not only for a regular customer but any customer."

"The owner of this pizzeria charges a 3.5% fee for credit card transactions without notifying customers beforehand. I find this to be dishonest, as it feels like he’s exploiting inflation. When I brought it up, he was arrogant and claimed that all restaurants do the same, which is simply not true. He even mocked me when I responded with "interesting." "I made a mistake and somehow gave my neighbors address instead of mine for contactless delivery. After an hour and a half of waiting and not receiving an email from Slice informing us that there was an attempt to deliver our food, I called Logan’s, and they said that the delivery person waited 20 minutes and left the food. Well, they lied, and Instead of leaving it at my neighbor's door, they took our order and resold it. When they resold the pizza, the Slice app continued to say “out for delivery.” Not only that, but my neighbors confirmed that the delivery person waited less than 10 mins. I called Logan’s pizza back and explained to them what my neighbor told me. The man was rude and had an attitude talking over me after I acknowledged and confirmed that the order had the wrong address but that I selected the leave at the door option and that they should’ve left the pizza at the door, he kept stating, “oh but who was it that put in the wrong address? Yeah yeah, that’s what I thought. Talk to Slice. That’s not our problem.” We had prepaid for our food and even gave the driver a 25% tip. Fortunately, Slice did refund us but Logan's pizza stole my money and lied to me. I have never had food from here before and was excited to get our order because it sounds delicious but 100% will not be ordering from here again, especially when they have someone working there who doesn't know how to treat people with respect.I checked all of the reviews and found plenty of other people have experienced the same poor customer service and rude tactics by this facility. Please save your money and order from somewhere else.The picture I posted is not a reply to my review but from another dissatisfied customer. Logan's response to Lauren M’s review says it all. Also what is with all the grammar errors, numerous misspelled words, and beligiant tone from Logan's response. Lol. Unprofessional doesn't begin to describe this business."

"Had lunch on a weekday and didn't need reservations. There is plenty of seating in and out. Decor was nice, wine list was pretty good (sold by glass, 1/2 bottle full bottle), number of menu options was decent. "Got takeout twice while visiting family and was quite pleased. Great selection of food and it’s not only presented nicely, but delicious. Portions are perfect and often enough for leftovers. "Just placed an order that was $128 and asked to substitute the fries. A young girl called me back to say they could not substitute the fries so I asked for onion rings. Order is delivered… no onion rings. Instead of asking the person who took the order about it, an older lady rudely tells me that the conversations about the onions never took place. Also, times are hard for most people and the fact that I noticed they were also going through something (emotionally/sad) for unknown reasons and still gave great customer service is top tier.
