"We ate at Sakura after attending an event at the convention center and it served up everything we needed. The food was very tasty and fairly priced. We were served complimentary hot tea when we sat down, which was appreciated. One of our dishes came out about 10 minutes after all of the others, but that was the only real negative, and happens. The waitress was apologetic when we asked for it and got it to us quickly once we alerted her that we hadn’t received it yet. The location was also great for a quick spin around Chinatown to walk off our meal."

"First post-COVID visit to the dining room. Parallax's provisions seem sensible no paper menus, all staff masked, tables distanced, ample sanitizer. Felt very comfortable. Only downside to the experience was that we were seated next to the kitchen more bustle and noise than ideal Staffing and attention we received were lavish (perhaps a plus of distancing), food delicious, novel and with beautiful presentation. Thai sausage extremely tasty and unique. Parallax reminded me of everything I had been missing under the shutdown thanks"

"I spent more than $250.00 at this establishment for delivery in the last 7 days. When I complained about the Shredded Pork with Garlic Sauce having no Pork all of a sudden my next delivery order received a call stating that they did not deliver that far. They had 5 orders this far for delivery!!! I had generously tipped their bike/drivers. I had also placed orders for pick-up on my way home!! Requested that the Manager give me a call back regarding the delivery order I placed tonight and he did not have the courtesy to give me a call back. The food was fine until that last dish and that is why I tried to order again and received this comment of discrimination by one of the employees at the restaurant."

"I took my wife and two children out for Mother's Day and only had to wait 5 minutes for a Hibachi table at 3:30. The restaurant was super clean, even the ventilation above the grill looked brand new. The chef was skilled and engaging, cooking our food perfectly. My son and I had shrimp and noodles, while my wife and daughter chose rice. I had 13 shrimp, all cooked the same way, and they came with 2 sauces (other places usually have 4). Overall, I would give this restaurant a 5/5 for cleanliness and a 4/5 for the food. Not bad at all, definitely one of the better options in the area."

"Wow. This place. I don't know where to start this place is absolutley spectacular. Everything is perfect, cannot be improved not the call not the order taker not the chef the time the service the value the foodddddd even the driver. If I just bought this joint, I couldn't pick a single thing to do differently that's how maticulois they've made every decision. Best I've ever had from anywhere period. It really is... simple as that. Especially the general tsos chicken it's one of my favorites but I never order it most places don't make it well and when it's not done right it goes from favorite to not even edible when you're starving despite how popular or common it is it's not an easy dish to make food. Theirs seems to be white breast meat, thinly batter and very crispy somehow covered in sauce and in an airtight container for delivery. Howw??? Magic. Even dine in orders are soggy mushy I can't even imagine what your dine in GTC would be! I'm glad I trusted the reviews and tried them hats off to this place nothing compares. Certainly the best in this area no questions but to be honest, I can't name any Chinese takeout where Ive finished my entire order let alone the ťirst bite be as good as the first. I dont think I can even name that from any takout at all actually aside from .aybe mm<5 rbe McDonald's. The chow fun or whatever the skinny noodles are called, as well as the chicken wings....i just tasted which is why I automatically had to write this. I think I may have left 2 reviews in 20 years on here. This one is absolutley well deserved. Bravo to the chef, and the dude on the phone despite calling 10 minutes to close I almost refused to order when I realized the time like an idiot and he not only insisted that I continue but clearly confirmed my slightly picky order. Patiently, without rushing, even giggled s few times no attitude no F ups. And thennnn...he offerred to deliver it but I felt horrible to ask for that and he kinda suspected it so he also insisted to deliver it. Food came in 20 minutes, 3 entrees. Everyone loved theirs equally just an amazing experiance from my hesitant start of the order. Literally there's nothing that I can make up to have made it better. Please, don't change a thing I'm sure you've tailored every detail of your system over years for it to be this seamless and accurate but you've done it right and without a doubt anyone ordering from you for their first time if they're local you know they're locked in for life! "The restaurant looks incredibly luxurious in pictures, but don't let that intimidate you—there's no dress code (which is something I initially thought might be a reason I hesitated to visit). This place has definitely earned a spot on my favorites list; the food is fantastic! The wait time is around 10 minutes, and they serve water in charming masonry pitchers. Overall, my fiancée and I had a great experience here. I highly recommend everyone give this place a try!"

"We came here because it was closer to the place where we lived, but I can honestly say I wish I was going to West Springfield instead. The environment was dead... The cook seemed like he was overworked (although his technical skills were amazing), and the waitress never checked us. They sat with us another company and automatically calculated the 18% allowance on our account despite the fact that we were only a party of 4. I'm NOT going back to this place... If you calculate for bliss, at LEAST offer it!!!! And they tried to push us out of the restaurant... Like they couldn't get us out fast enough! Spreading $300 in a restaurant means you should and demand some kind of respect, but apparently.... This is not enough, nor is the 18% size that was attacked on the bill."

"The restaurant has a very dedicated great staff. We were there on NYEve so it was unusually noisy filled with kids. Not the restaurant 's fault (and they did the best they could but there was a table with maybe 12 adults and they sat there kids (about 12 ages 3-15? at the table next to us. The kids didn 't eat, or sit but ran around like crazy while the adults didn 't supervise and and their meal. I felt bad for the restaurant who clearly had to 'accommodate ' this unruly crowd and even though there was a lot of people waiting for a hibachi table, the 'adult 's at the 'adult ' table didn 't care. In any case, once that group left, the noise and chaos subsided and we had a wonderful fun time. For the record there were several kids at our table who were well behaved. This large group was just awful. Maybe the restaurant should insist kids sit w/ their parents next time? The food was yummy and chefs a lot of fun. We will go back but will reconsider the NYEve visit. Or maybe go later than 9pm to avoid these large child-filled groups."

"Great American Chinese food. Awesome staff. They called me once after I left the restaurant because they realized they forgot something (1 time out of dozens and many years of always getting everything), I don't check cause they're always right. So I didn't even have to get home and figure it out myself, they caught me before I was far at all. So nice. Can't tell you how many other Philly restaurants have neglected my full order or just been awful to deal with. Also the sushi here is great!"

"My new fave spot for sashimi! Was craving for sashimi one night and found this place. At first I was a bit wary cause of some reviews but decided to just go for it. Got the sashimi deluxe, the salmon sashimi set (15 pcs), and some pieces a la carte. They were absolutely fresh! Thick cuts, and at the perfect temperature too. Haven't tried any of the other menu items though, but this place will def be my go to for sashimi."

"Sushi was straight up gross. Tempura was so hard like it was old, REALLY old. California roll was falling to pieces upon delivery and had no flavor at all. Seems like they rushed to throw it together. Everything was smashed together so the Wasabi and ginger were all over the rolls and I hate both. Didn't care for the Burbon chicken previously, but was willing to give them another shot. Wish I hadn't... never ordering from here again."

"Ordered pickup with my family. The food itself is pretty good, but they left out several items that were supposed to be included with our entrees. For example, the website says chicken katsu comes with soup, salad, and white rice, but there was no whiterice to be found (and does lettuce underneath the chicken count as a salad? . For $19, I would probably expect either a ton offood or the sides that were supposed to be included. The chicken was decent, pork buns were okay, sushi/sashimi was good, andthe miso soup was good. However, I am kind of sad about my missing rice."

"We ordered six lunch box specials for delivery and they arrived in just half an hour. Our order was completely accurate and the food was hot and delicious! Each lunchbox included a choice of entree (we selected teriyaki salmon, ginger chicken, teriyaki chicken, and teriyaki beef), 3 shrimp dumplings, white rice, California roll, and salad with ginger dressing. The prices ranged from $11 to $12.50 per box, but the portions were generous and we felt we got our money's worth. There was no delivery fee, but there is a minimum order of $15. Overall, we were pleased with the quality of the food and the quick delivery, and we will definitely order from Futigi Sushi again when we're craving teriyaki."

However, when I arrived at 7:30, I was informed that I would have to wait another 20 minutes because “having a reservation does not guarantee a table.” After waiting, we finally got seated 20 minutes later. We then placed our orders, but the food was served at different times. The last two dishes, including a simple spicy tuna, took an additional 40 minutes to arrive. I was on the verge of leaving, but I was too tired to search for another restaurant on a Friday evening, especially on Valentine's Day. I cannot recommend this place."

When the waiter stopped by to see if everything was ok, someone said their food was “interesting”. He looked at him and turned his back and walked away. As the server came through again(on his way to another table) we flagged him down and asked about the burned chicken. He looked me right I. The eye and said”that’s the way it comes” and walked away. He didn’t check on the table…. Didn’t refill waters….. very strange experience. Won’t go back……."
