"Our experience at the igloo was unfortunately marred by our server, Danielle. It seemed like she might have been having a difficult day, and her attitude reflected that. At one point, she tossed the appetizer plate onto our table, making us feel like an inconvenience. After an hour of waiting for our orders, she returned to check on our meal, only to discover that our food was still missing. She then went back and blamed the kitchen staff for the oversight. A few minutes later, she finally brought out all our food, only to realize that it had been ready and waiting for us for half an hour; it was actually her mistake for not bringing it sooner. I’m giving two stars solely because the food was passable, but not anything more than mediocre. February 12, 2022, 5 PM, igloo 2."
