"How did this restaurant gets a four star rating is unbelievable. I?m not from the area and we wanted a nice Italian dinner and I always support local businesses. Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with the food. The server had no idea what he was doing. We did not get homemade pasta as the chef or owner told us. The side salad was poor, dressing was good. It took so long to get our order and the place was empty when we arrived. I had penne alla vodka and it had a terrible taste. They had a steady stream of takeout orders and I really don?t know why anyone would ever eat there, because I will not. Also, why should I eat in a restaurant when the thermostat read 79 degrees? Are you serious?"

The owner is hands-on, actively cooking and serving customers every day. However, the real treasure of Primo Pizza is the staff at the registers. "Stopped in with my teens yesterday after school to grab them a pizza and grinder and to say hello to the owner. The guy with pony tail and ear buds looked at me a couple times while making a pizza and that was it. He completely ignored us. Did not greet or even say be right with you. Nothing for a good 15 minutes. Left and probably won’t ever go back in the day time. Night shift can be busy but the lady and team are very friendly to me and everyone else! especially with the crazy night club scene."

"9/10 I would recommend this place if you want a super flavorful, buffalo chicken salad. I got it with grilled chicken. I will be back again. The food is incredible, and the people are very friendly.they are so kind and helpful. I will be back soon. My only concern is that the driver has a difficult time understanding me when I ask them to come up so I can pay them. They need to be able to have a basic conversation with the customer. This small thing won't stop me from calling again, of course."

"I ordered at 7pm was told I would be an hour 8pm after an hour and a half 830pm I got a text message saying it would be delivered by door dash got a text message from door dash telling me they were at my house they weren’t they had the wrong address food was an hour and half late. Food didn’t get to me until 930pm. Food was cold, burnt and un edible. Store hours say they were open till 10 PM but they continue to refuse to answer my phone calls for me to talk to them about my order being late cold and unable to eat"

"Your typical hole-in-the-wall pizza place that’s small but make a damned good pie! My go-to is their house special which in my opinion is the best in Worcester — they really layer all the ingredients perfectly! The pie isn’t huge but it’s price is totally fair. Definitely my go-to pizza place in the Woo Parking: Parking is a bit weird in this area but there isn’t much space in the building to sit around and eat — park in the lot across the way and pick up your pizza! No one will hassle you in those 3 minutes it takes to grab you pie."

The service was excellent when I picked up the order, and unlike what some other reviewers experienced, my online order was ready on time and piping hot. A relative visiting from New York commented that if the pizza reminds him of what you'd find in Lake Placid, it doesn't really qualify as New York pizza, and I think these pies fit that description. However, he did enjoy the mozzarella sticks. I share his opinion; I wasn’t impressed with either pizza, although I did find the house Margherita slightly better than the plain cheese. Both pizzas could have benefited from more cheese, and the crusts had a somewhat stale texture. Honestly, it reminded me of Domino's. While the service was great and the ambiance was nice, I believe the pizza itself needs significant improvement."

"I had lunch this Friday afternoon. I ordered the Uncle Sam- a huge multi-meat hoagie. I could only eat 1/2 the sandwich; the other 1/2 was thoughtfully wrapped in advance to take back with me. "Showed up for all you can eat Shrimp nite. Sat for a while due to the crowd. Once we were finally asked about drinks it was quick and very awkward. Then finally once we got around to placing the order it was again very awkward. My teenage sone didn’t realize you had no choice of separating the side. They come only 2 ways and that’s house choice. You know kids are picky and when you pay too dollar for all you can eat you’d expect a little courtesy. A simple explanation would have been sufficient. First batch came out maybe 30/45 later and the shrimp was cold.So to finally seal the deal that we’ll not return there was once the second helping was brought out.The second helping was actually warm and surprised me. We wrapped up and my son had a small portion left over. He politely asked for a to go box. And was told, you have to ask for a box before they bring the last helping? So I’m all for rules. But there was no explanation prior to there process and our food that cost a pretty penny was then threw in the trash. I’d like a chance for a explanation because I don’t believe in talking down on local businesses. But when you lack the effort to explain everything prior to your service, there’s no excuse."
