"I approached the entrance and was welcomed by the bouncer, who suggested trying the ribs. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious they were, as well as the mango habanero wings. The staff were also wonderful, very friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to this restaurant. I had come in to pick up food for my wife, who is currently in the hospital after giving birth. She also loved the ribs. I highly recommend giving this place a try, it's fantastic. 10 out of 10."

"The food was delicious, and I have no complaints about that. However, I did have an issue with the food container. I ordered delivery through GrubHub and encountered two problems: the container leaked, and the plastic looked like it had melted from the heat. While I'm not asking for a change in the containers, I would suggest waiting a few minutes before packing the food in plastic. Even if it’s labeled microwave-safe, I personally feel that plastic and heat shouldn't mix. Thank you."

"It's in an office building and I couldn't find a bathroom to rate. If you're an economist you already know that the invisible hand of the market has spoken loud and clear, Subway makes the best, most delicious subs on earth. (They sell the most subs) If you are a normal person and have been unimpressed and underwhelmed by other sub shops, port of subs will woo you back to the sandwich world. It's delicious and cut fresh right in front of you with a giant meat slicer. We go out of our way to come whenever we can. I only wish there were more locations."

"I highly recommend this restaurant! It’s my go-to spot for breakfast, where they not only serve alcohol but have a diverse menu as well. I want to give a special shout-out to an exceptional server named Beth. Today, she handled a difficult customer with such grace and professionalism. I’ve been served by her 10 to 20 times, and she’s always fantastic! There are several great servers here, and I wish I knew all their names because they always recognize me and treat me wonderfully each time I visit. I've also observed their interactions with other guests, and I've never had any complaints, just the usual minor issues. Remember, we’re all human, so let’s treat each other with kindness. Beth truly shines, so thank you!"

"This was my first and last visit to this restaurant. When I arrived, the owner was on his phone and ignored me for five minutes. Once I finally took a bite of my food, I found a small chicken wing bone in it. I tried calling to report the issue, but the person on the other end couldn't understand me. So, I went in person to show the owner a picture of the bone, and he dismissed it, claiming it was impossible and had never happened before. While he did give me a refund, he was very rude and unapologetic, even calling me a "lousy" customer."

"If I could give this place a zero star I would! We went on sept 15th, From the second we got their they were very rude. They only let us order one sandwich in the drive thru and when we asked them if we could order our second one they told us ?we don?t have time for this?. So we paid for the one and left. When we got home we opened it and it was mangled, looked like someone even punched it out of frustration. The next day I call and talk to ALEX, the shift leader, in my opinion she should definitely not be in customer service they way she talked to us was extremely rude. After I told her exactly when happened She proceeded to call me a liar. When I asked for cooperates number she told me I am capable of googling it and hung up. Best believe I did google it and called! I will NEVER be back."

"We recently revisited Aroogas after not dining there for a few years, and it was a delightful experience. Our server, Ed, provided outstanding service. He welcomed us with a warm smile and was genuinely interested in ensuring we had the best dining experience possible. He confirmed our food order and promptly checked in once our meals arrived to make sure everything was to our liking. Since then, we've brought our family along, and Ed has consistently made our outings enjoyable! We absolutely love the giant pretzel, and my husband's favorite honey hot wing sauce is back on the menu! With an impressive selection of salads, burgers, pasta, fajitas, and stromboli, everything we've tried has been delicious. We're thrilled that we decided to give Aroogas another chance!"

"Waitress was completely unaware of what she was doing. Told us we get pick of one side upon thinking my meal, I ordered then find out no baked potato until 4pm. I selected another and was told that was a six dollar UP CHARGE additional to 18.50 meal price. I asked what on side I can have was mashed are French Fries. I can get that most anywhere for extreme less price. I got my glass of soda priced over 3.50. So I looked to change my order to spaghetti meal. It costing over 13 dollars and got nothing more side item at all. There is very poorly made table salad because there were only a few of us eating. Waitress walked past my table and I heard someone saying is that all, speaking of there salad delivered to them. When stating to the cashier I just want to leave I paid 3.59 for a soda I got two drinks from. I was told I don’t make any prices and/are any food selection. She stated she just works there. Amazing unbelievably Amazing. Customer service stinks. I will let everyone know the restaurant is not worth eating there. "4/24/2018. Store is clean and has decent amount of grocery and truck basics. Drivers lounge is comfortable and they have 4 showers that are clean. Only thing reviews got right are the showers are small, but I will take these over many others I have been to. For me this is the best independent I have found in a couple years. Now the restaurant, it's simply great. Nice friendly staff, clean, good portions at a very reasonable price. Adding thus place to my favorites!!! Oh it has wifi. Parking lot has pot holes but been to many paved that are worse. Front row paved and room for 25 trucks if drivers park right. Room for at least 30 more on unpaved area."

"I really enjoyed the salad I ordered today—it's the second time I've had it this week! I would rate it five stars, but I requested delivery and they somehow noted it as a pickup, so I had to leave my office to get it. Additionally, I specifically asked for no tomatoes or cucumbers, yet my salad was filled with both. Since I'm allergic to tomatoes, I had to carefully remove them and the cucumbers from my salad."

"I'll start off strong saying that the food was really good. EXTREMELY pricey, but good nonetheless. $16 for a few slices of chicken and grilled veggies. But again, good. However, the reason for my 2 star review is the service. I was sat in the back by the bar, just before dinner staff showed up. No host/hostess, so I walked to the back. The bartender had me sit in the back at a table. The bartender was extremely busy and took our order. Another waitress served us our food, and just dropped the food off and left without saying hardly a word. We sat and ate for probably 30 minutes give or take. Not a single time did someone come to check up on us. The bartender refused to make eye contact, the waitress that served us vanished, and eventually we had to go the bar to fill up our drinks. In summary. I get that the bartender was swamped, but with (what seemed like at least) other staff in the store walking passed and disregarding eye contact was infuriating. I would never stiff a server, but man, I was tempted to this time. I still tipped her. Food was good, I got what I paid for. But the service was terrible."

"This place is the absolute worst! I have to keep reminding myself and others to STOP ordering from them. They never ever get an order right! If they don’t have something in stock, they deliver the food without any regard or chance to substitute. You have to call the restaurant and find out AFTER the food is delivered. What???? I will never order from them again. After spending $109 on food, I would have expected better. The quality is poor along with their attention to detail.
