"The smoothies and drinks here are probably great. I went trying to order something with fruit and asked if there was Cantaloupe (there wasn 't), and then perhaps a smoothie without a frozen banana (not my thing). Both times the woman looked at me like Howdare I question her menu or recipe , like Why would you need to change or take away any of my fabulous ingredients? I decidedto order an almond butter croissant. There wasn 't a description of this croissant but I assumed it was like the ones atStarbucks when you order the chocolate or almond croissants and it 's warm and baked together like a fine pastry. I was wrong. Itwas a warmed up (pretty sure store bought) croissant, cut in half, and spread with the almond butter...like a sandwich. Like Ijust paid for a peanut butter sandwich with no jelly on flaky bread for almost $5. So I 'm working through that. Again the drinksare probably awesome. I doubt I 'll ever go back but if I do I 'll ask for a coffee and leave it at that. I appreciate the ladyfor telling me about the drinks but I feel she still had a rudeness to her. I 'm the one with so much audacity."

"We've been enjoying this place since it was Bob Dee's take 2. Always friendly people and good hot food. There's no culinary masterpieces here, but dang good diner food with hearty portions to fill anyone's belly. We primarily eat breakfast here, but have stopped in for lunch and seen tenderloins big enough to cover manholes"

"Located next to a strip club, this restaurant gives off a somewhat gritty vibe that might not be for everyone. It feels more like a hole-in-the-wall than a chain restaurant, which is surprising given its branding. Despite its unassuming and somewhat unkempt appearance, sometimes the best food comes from these kinds of places. I ordered a jalapeño Philly cheesesteak, and I have to admit it was one of the best I've had in quite some time. It’s a bit unusual that this spot serves both Philly cheesesteaks and Filipino cuisine; while I’m not a fan of Filipino food, I’d definitely return for another Philly. On a positive note, the staff behind the counter were exceptionally friendly, earning a solid 5 stars for service."

"We went here for lunch on our way out of town. It was about 10min after the Sunday buffet was closing(according to the menu). The waitress came and asked if we were having the buffet, I asked about the time, and she said it would stay up a little longer if people were still still eating from it. It just didnt sound/seem right, so we declined and ordered some items off the menu, each with a salad as we were both in the mood for meals. People were tearing down the buffet before were received drinks. When she brought our drinks I was going to point out about the buffet, but figured it didnt matter as we ordered meals already. The waitress didnt return to refill our drinks and after about 10min, here she comes, carrying our food! I asked asked about our salads and she replied "Most people just like to eat them with their meals." I told her I had not ever heard of such a thing as I favor a cold salad and a hot meal and asked to see the manager. You guessed it, she was the manager! I told her to not bother with our salads. She offered to knock off 10% of our check. We ate the meals, they were OK at best, paid the check and left. This was the first time i did not leave a tip since about 1994. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!"

"I was preparing to take a walk to Burbank Park today for the first time. Being relatively new to the area I asked a neighbor where I could pick up something for lunch to eat at the park. She recommended Costanzo's, which I'd been past before but never gone in. They had a few different deli sandwiches for grab go and I chose the meatloaf one. It was delicious cold, and I bet it'd be great warmed up as well. They also have a whole wine liquor store there as well. The woman at the register was really kind as well I am thinking she is either an owner or someone who has worked there forever and enjoys it. I will definitely be back there for another grinder soon."

"The food was decent, but the behavior of some patrons in the parking lot was quite inappropriate—specifically, some men exposing themselves and urinating. When I brought this to the owner's attention, she was dismissive and claimed she couldn't control her drunken customers. I found her to be extremely rude. This is certainly not a suitable place for children. It makes me wonder if they lack restrooms, leading people to relieve themselves outside. I also noticed that the restaurant was overcrowded and not very clean, which is concerning. I won't be dining here again, as it feels unhealthy and unsanitary."

"I took my mom here on a Saturday morning, she had a craving for biscuits and gravy, I had the Westerner breakfast plate comes with ham sausage and bacon the sausage links are okay but the thick bacon and ham slice are great. There pancake is more on thedense side. "At first, the acai bowl didn't look all that impressive, but once I tasted it, I was hooked! It’s honestly the best acai bowl I’ve had in a long time. I tried the Elvis flavor and it did not disappoint. They are also very accommodating when it comes to food allergies. My sister has allergies to gluten, dairy, soy, and nuts, and they handled her dietary needs perfectly without any issues afterward! The staff was extremely friendly and had a great sense of humor, which made our dining experience even more enjoyable. We really loved our time here and I will definitely make a special trip next time I’m near Daytona Beach. I wish you would open a Health Tree Cafe in Oregon—we need you in Eugene! "Absolutely the best slice of pizza I?ve had in Colorado, and at a great value for just how much you get. Even the crust is insane on its own, I don?t know how they do it. "Pizza would be alot better if crust was not frozen. Spaghetti meatballs bland. Cheesesticks very good. Fettuccine alfredo dry. The taste was decent. I ask for additiinal alfredo from 3 ppl before finally getting an answer. The answer was not unless I paid for an additional topping, so like $1.39. We spent over $70 here and they would not give me additional alfredo unless I paid. Heck, even Olive Garden will give you alfredo without paying. Gambinos was overpriced for the quality of food received."

"Our first time trying Backdoor Deli and it surely won’t be our last! Definitely add this to your list of places to frequent. We got the breadsticks, delicious, soft buttery and filling. The order is huge! So don’t let the price possibly discourage you! We also got the Steak Combo pizza. OMG. we didn’t go into this AMAZING pizza with high expectations since we didn’t know the heights this pie would reach into Flavortown USA! The merging of amazing white sauce, with the flavors and tenderness of the steak, send you into an uncontrollable urge to devour piece after piece and ask for more! We were beyond glad we tried it and already my wife and I agree we will be back for more. The prices were worth the quality. The food you can tell has been prepared with love and appreciation for the community in which it resides. Location was slightly confusing to find, initially overthinking the name might have it be a “top secret location” I digress. Now that we know where to find them, it should not be any type of issue in the future! Backdoor Deli, keep doing what you are doing! The quality shows you care. My wife said you definitely have been moved to the top of our list for our “go to pizza” place, going forward. A+ experience. We had the same steak combo pizza that continues to surprise and amaze with the flavors! Also the gyro! We didn’t see it the first time almost hidden in the design of the menu. Absolutely fantastic! Really tasty lamb, and tzatziki sauce was refreshing and tasty! Update 8/2024: We finally had a chance to have the subs here, I had the Philly and my wife had the country fried steak sandwich and OMG! The bread on both of these sandwiches were so light and airy and tasty! When I tell you on my Philly, I’m not sure I came up for air the entire time eating it! Beyond. Delicious. My wife raved also over the country fried steak, flavorful and tender, bread was also light, airy and tasty! Subs are also on the list from this amazing business! There motto, “one bite and we gotcha” couldn’t be anything further from the truth! Backdoor Deli is definitely the spot! "That said, the pizza was quite delicious. However, we had to ask for plates, and it was challenging to get service since the four employees were often in the back. The restrooms were also in poor condition; in fact, one of them was propped open with an overflowing trash can. Additionally, a snow shovel was resting against the drink fountain instead of being properly stored. Our group, which was just passing through, ordered about 7-8 pizzas, and we enjoyed some nice time catching up since the dining area was empty. "I might be a little biased since this pizza shop was a staple from my childhood, but I truly believe it remains my favorite pizza place. The quality has been consistently excellent for over 20 years—although they might have been around even longer, that's how long my family has been enjoying their food.
